I appreciate all of you that reach out to me about places to visit when you are in Oregon. I simply cannot respond to each of you, as I am not a tour guide and I don’t have the time. I know of some great resources that are available to find local places for eats, hikes, and drinks! Here are a few:
my website has some places along with directions! If you DM me and I am open to giving suggestions. If you want to hire me to show you around, I am open to it 😉💜

While population has grown rapidly, King County sewers have remained the same size, causing them to overflow during heavy rainfall. Currently, 900 million gallons of raw sewage are discharged into waterways by King County sewers on an annual basis. Through a Consent Decree, the Environmental Protection Agency has mandated that the volume of untreated sewage and stormwater discharged into receiving waterways shall be reduced by 95 percent.
Continuing the tradition of sustainable infrastructure at Miller Hull, this facility is sustainable beyond providing water treatment. Through innovative design, the Georgetown Wet Weather Treatment Plant will use low-carbon concrete and is pursuing Envision certification. With construction beginning in April 2017 and an expected completion date in 2022, the Georgetown Wet Weather Treatment Plant will provide up to 70 million gallons per day of secondary treatment capacity during wet weather events, diverting untreated wastewater from Puget Sound when the conveyance system is overloaded.
