Hello my beautiful daisies☀️
I’ve been switching up my training and doing higher reps with a lower weight. Here is a leg workout that I loved and had my inner thighs burning 🔥🔥
1️⃣Squats🌼 -back straight, knees shouldn’t go over your toes-
2️⃣Three way lunge🌼 -anyways keep your knee above your ankle for glute focus and over your toes for a quad focus-
3️⃣Frog press🌼 -Put your heels together and have your feet in a medium height placement, come down slowly and don’t lock out your knees-
4️⃣Leg adduction🌼 -slowly pull your leg inwards and keep constant tension-
5️⃣Sliding side lunge🌼 -slowly do a side lunge while keeping constant tension on the inner thigh of the outer leg, pull back in while pressing your foot into the ground-

Calories are king. Your calories per day are important, but your weekly average calories are even more important.
I’ll explain this sample a little more in depth. This person decided they were gonna eat super low calories all week, to the point where they were craving everything. Then they set aside two days where they were going to eat whatever they wanted all day. If you add up those seven days and divide by seven. The result will be 2214 calories. That is above their maintenance calories (2200) so they will put on weight.
Instead they could set their calories to 1900, but for all seven days. This will not have them as hungry throughout the week. They can still include cheat meals as long as every day ends up around 1900 calories. This will create a nice 300 calorie deficit. They should be losing close to about a pound per week. That’s right where they want to be.
