a slight progression, added more explosiveness 💥 and raising the bar to his conditioning 🔝
Squat : Box jumps
Bend : 3 steps into vertical jumps
Lunge : Lunge into hiza kick
Push : 1 arm db floor press
Pull : Bb rows
Core : Deadbug into hollow hold
Twist : Lunge band rotations
Conditioning : Sled sprints ( for distance )
So far his adaptability has been on point☝️
I would love to say I woke up and smashed my gym workout but instead, I woke up and went through half a box of tissues 🤧. I was wondering why my eyes were puffy last night...since I drink 3 liters or more of water per day, I never have puffy eyes. Awful timing because I have a lot to do before heading stateside next week but here‘s to hoping a rest day from the gym and lots of tea will cure me fast 🤞. Here‘s a throwback from one of my runs last year when I was home for Christmas and Delaware turned into a winter wonderland ❄️ 😻.
