this is worth to try it . Not eating meat is just harder to do. Just eating veggies just makes me hungry and crave for junk food. I can't eat sugar but i do any way. im 97 pounds im not gaining much weight. I gotta forcus on my plant base life eating again. I love my dough so much what i mean dough i mean bread soft pretzels pasta and rice and dessert cookies cake chocolate. I guess i just learned to maintain my weight. Im doing my best thats all i can do is to keep trying and go through it the older i get the good eating habits will change me.
think about the person who has help you through a rough diet. I am not trying to over think it. I just think about what other people thought would be like. I think that is what is stressing my mind . I dont want to fail on them and waste my 80 bucks for nothing. I try to think about other people and my feelings. I wouldnt know what to do without their tools that they been giving to be fit without them id be miserable. I can't help for liking them too much. they #motivate
me to keep going. sorry if you think i am rambling. I am looking for something to do since i love my phone so much. Even when I was a kid i was obessed with my pink toy phone which it broke in the rain.

We spend an average of 137 minutes on social media. That doesn’t count Youtube, visiting websites and other apps.
So even though we don’t gain many positive benefits from spending time on social media, why do we keep doing it then?
One reason is to distract us from facing our problems. We want to take our minds off our own lives.
Another reason is that it’s easy. Doing any of those activities requires little effort.
I’m here to tell you something you probably already know but you need to hear it again.
The answers and the change you are looking for aren’t on Facebook or Instagram. They don’t come from the motivational quotes people post. They aren’t in the latest funny viral video. They aren’t in the photos and updates your friend are sharing on social media.
Research has shown a link between spending too much time on social media with mood and well being. It’s strongly associated with depression and anxiety in young adults. I would imagine it’s not only affecting young adults but older ones as well.
If you truly are serious about getting unstuck and changing your life is, you must cut back on the time you’re wasting on social media.
