I love the gym but I also love getting outside and utilizing our natural resources to make a beautiful fun workout. I grew up by the beach so at times it’s where I feel the most comfortable 💕. After 2 weeks of not lifting and taking some needed time off after dieting for 20 weeks and deciding to hold off competing until some time in the beginning of 2019 I’m ready to get back to it. This decision will give me time to make some improvements before I start prepping again. One thing I need to bring up is this little back. Anybody want to hit it hard with me the next 5 months? ROW - Time for a partner workout! Give this workout a try next time you’re both in the gym to not only push your cardio levels but also to work your key muscle groups. ⠀
For As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP), work with your partner to push each other within this 20min workout. ⠀
Go hard on the rower, and use the body weight movements as recovery when you switch with your partner. ⠀
Aim to get through at least two sets of body weight movements each time it’s your turn. ⠀
