In the morning for breakfast I have two cups of coffee, 3 eggs, beans & some kimchi. Before lunch I have trail mix, a granola bar & some string cheese with a bottle of water followed by a bottle of orange juice. For lunch I have a healthy serving of spinach, kale, carrots, parsley, cherry tomatoes & an avocado with a bottle of cranberry juice & perfect energy tea with ginger. When I arrive at home from work I make myself a smoothie that consists of apples, grapes, blueberries, fresh Sage, yogurt & Ice. Then for dinner I have a salad which consists of all the lunch salad ingredients + hemp seeds a large potato smothered in beans. Finally my nighttime ritual of two kiwis and some sleepy time tea.
