Fall is here! 🍁 🍂🌾 I’ll be honest, I’m not a lover of this season, or the one that comes next. I have to stay on top of it so I don’t fall complete victim to my seasonal affective disorder (diagnosed by yours truly!) Anyone else counting down the days to Spring? And my fave, summer?? One way I love to keep my summer glow is bronzer. I just got my new shade (Dune) this weekend! It’s a little darker than the #1
bronzer I had been using. Not complaining! 😉

I made some adjustments to my chest press technique and got a lot more out of it 💪 -
The change was keeping my elbows forward of my hands instead in-line with them. -
The first 2 videos are after I have made the technique tweak the last is before when my elbows and hands were in-line. -
If you don’t already do this, try this tweak and feel the difference 👍

Rest and recovery is just as important as the work you do in the gym or the good food you consume. .
One of the reasons R&R is so important is that it lowers our stress hormone (Cortisol). When Cortisol is high it’s hard to gain muscle and also hard to burn fat. .
Taking time to catch up on slip combined with some time to chill at the beach and get some waves is definitely one of my favourite ways to keep Cortisol at bay. .
Today I hit the waves at Keawaula which is Oahu’s most Western beach. Unfortunately no board hire there so had to take a bodyboard out for a spin, still amazing though 🤙
