Racing in California is fun. Racing as part of a work trip in California is even more fun. Glad I was able to run the #SummerScamper18
during my trip to Cisco’s headquarters. Even better, the race supported the incredible work that @stanfordchildrens
does to improve the lives of children. Combine that with the great hospitality at the Cisco HQ and the opportunity to volunteer with my co-workers at the San Jose Montgomery Street Inn - a week to remember!

Always a good time feeding healthy snacks to kids, families, and donors! Great times with Stanford Children’s Hospital! #forthekids #summerscamper #yeet
8th Annual Sumer Scamper at Stanford University in the books. Another great Family Funday Sunday. The boys ran their hearts out and competed strong. FJ’s age group this year ran 1.5 laps around the track! The longest race for him to date! He did not quit or give up! The boys made us so proud today! I got to meet a young girl who has gone through food allergy research trials and is now desensitized to eggs, peanuts, milk and soy!! It is amazing the research Dr. Kari Nadeau is performing at Stanford University!! She’s onto something amazing!! I encourage everyone who is affected by food allergies or holds this cause near and dear to their heart to consider donating to her research. We continue to wait to be accepted into a clinical trial for the boys. Until then the best and most effective way to prevent food reactions is avoidance. We continue to pray for Dr. Nadeau and her research for a cure and we pray for all those affected by food allergies may they eat safely and without fear!
When you're patiently waiting for your cousin to share his shave ice with you. 😂 #scamper2018
Awesome job. Steph went from not being able to complete a 400m on our first day to now completing her first 10k race after only 3 months of training. Can I mention she’s down 20lbs and is now getting after it in keto!?. 👊🏻👌🏻👍🏻#tracfit #whywescamper #summerscamper
You race. Kids win. Had a great time at the 8th annual #summerscamper
We are gearing up for the #SummerScamper
this weekend where the boys will be running for Food Allergy Awareness and raising money for a cure for food allergies. This is very near and dear to our hearts as many of you know. Both our boys have multiple food allergies. We carry Epi pens, Benadryl, Zyrtec, inhalers, nebulizers etc everywhere we go. We have to plan food ahead and read labels religiously. I have worked hard to make safe, yummy, nutritious and delicious food for my kiddos. And worked hard to make sure they did not ever feel left out when others are eating or enjoying a dessert. I would love to see the day where my boys can eat freely and without fear of food hurting them. Please cheer them on this weekend! They are so excited and can’t wait for the run. I love that this run has become tradition for our family. So many life lessons on health, fitness, generosity, philanthropy and having a good and gracious heart!
