Over the last few years, it’s been fascinating to learn about the ratio of boys and girls who eat houmous on a daily basis. I love hearing how many boys tell me that they eat nearly an entire pot of houmous every evening before dinner; something I didn’t expect. Whereas girls often tell me they like to have it at lunch or for an afternoon snack.
We’re doing a fun research project on this subject and will let you know what data we find 👩👧👨👧

1-2 medjool dates (optional)
1/2 tsp blue spirulina
Dash coconut milk

Na kvalitu jeho účinkov to nemá vplyv. Ak svoj krém nájdete v takejto konzistencii, stáčí ho premiešať drevenou paličkou a nechať stuhnúť v chladničke. .
MALINNA° creams contain no synthetic stabilizers. Their base is an organic shea butter, that similarly to any natural solid fat reacts to heat and changes its consistency. If the cream has been exposed to the temperature higher than regular room temperature, it may get very liquid and some of the oils it contains may separate from it and stay on its surface. There is no need to be worried: higher weather conditions do not affect the quality of the cream. If you find your cream in such consistency just stir it up with a wooden stick and let it rest in the fridge for couple of hours.

150g Gluten Free Self Raising Flour Blend
25g Almond Flour
½ Tsp Xantham Gum
125g Coconut Sugar
125ml Chickpea Water
75ml Coconut Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g of freeze dried strawberry pieces
300g Strawberry CO YO - Mix two flours together till combined - Blend together sugar, oil and chickpea water until smooth and add to the dry ingredients - Pour into a lined 20cm, 6 inch round tin and bake in a preheated oven 170 degrees for 30 minutes - Change to the Smeg whisk attachment and whip Strawberry CO YO until thick and fluffy so it can hold its shape. - Once the cake has completely cooled, layer the frosting on top of the sponge and decorate with fresh, succulent strawberries.

I fell in love with a rugged man named Aaron and we combined our worlds about 3 years ago. A city girl and a hobby farmer, who knew! Between us, we have a son (11) and two daughters (10 and 6). All of us are so much better together.
We’ve expanded our herd to raise Highland cattle, Boer goats, Katahdin sheep, a gaggle of turkeys, a flock of egg layers, a flock of meat chickens, New Zealand rabbits and Karakachans, a rare breed of large guardian dogs. Oh, and we currently have a litter of barn kittens. I know what you’re thinking, we should probably get more animals.
I started this Instablog to connect with other farmers. Most of our friends and family are city folk. What's normal to us is far from it to them. I find myself trying to explain that we’re not a slaughter house but like, also not little house on the prairie. And yeah, there’s a lot of poop. You get used to it. ▪
