One day In a week I do circuits. Body weight exercises are equally good and I love incorporating them in my leg as well as upper body days to get my heart rate up.

tells me “weight is not a concern”. Our goal was to add back some lost muscle from doing 4 shows in 8 weeks last fall, total of 7 shows in 2017. We also wanted to add some extra in the right places🙌🏼. We wanted to come in fuller and tighter. Can’t wait to see so each meal, each workout...I follow the plan and trust the process. Ever since I started lifting bae pillows and shoulders together last year it’s been my favorite days to train! Challenges are tough, but what's between the ears will determine how you over come them. 😌
There are alot of challenges in life and they're tough but how you get through the process is up to you.
A challenge that many people face is injuries, and when you're an active person or have fitness goals in sight it feels like a huge set back. I'm currently battling one myself BUT rather than seeing it as something that's stopped me doing alot of things I've looked at other things I can work on - because there's always something to improve on! 😊
It's normal to struggle but it's not normal to continue to do so. With any challenge you face there is always a way it will make you better and stronger. Turn those weaknesses into strengths and continue to repeat ❤
Side note - battle ropes are a great full body addition to a workout! Multiple ways to use them through jump squats, lunges, or just single and double arm movements 💪 remember to keep your core tight and your back strong. Don't judge the speed of these as I did 18.1 earlier and my arms have officially stopped working 🙃

Weekends used to give me anxiety. I’d be afraid to get invited out for dinner or drinks because I’d go home and feel guilt for eating. I’d be afraid to be home all day and fall into another bingeeee through my cabinets and fridge to later cry and have to make up for it with hours of cardio. .
I was depriving myself all week on extremely low calories so it was obvious why I binged and struggled on weekends. .
When I was at my rock bottom is when I was introduced to iifym. I no longer had any off limit foods and I was eating more than ever. I stopped fearing weekends and going out. .
My point in all of this... some people love keto, weight watchers, clean eating, paleo... whatever it may be. They all can work but you must find something that is sustainable for YOU. .
