I already love their juices and smoothies and so it’s no surprise I love this Noyo Froyo, almond milk frozen dessert. I got the blue magic and chocolate, cause I wanted to try both, and topped it with almond butter and chocolate drizzle + a gluten free sugar cone... may have to come back tomorrow for another one, it’s that good #noyofroyo

Scallops are one of the easiest things you can make at home, so quick to cook and they’re super healthy. Full of protein and close to no fat content! 👌🏼
CHEFS TIPS! ⭐️
-First make sure to pat the outside dry with a paper towel so they are dry.
-Season with salt flakes and cracked pepper. -Heat up your skillet until it’s really hot, add some oil* then place your scallops in gently. Season the other side. *i use coconut oil in most of my cooking.
-Sear the scallops for about 2 minutes on the first side, then after flipping them, add a small knob of butter to the pan , to flavor the scallops.
-Using a spoon, coat them in the butter while they sizzle away for another minute.
