Day26/RD2 of the 80 day workouts is with the routine Cardio Flow. I was proud of myself on this one. I never touched my toes to the ground once during flamencos. I had room for a change completing this routine at the gym. Plus I had more jump in my mule kicks. Phase 1 is complete! Measurements, stats, and pics upcoming.

At the time I will be 100% correct but 30 days later and a few more days of justifying poor choices. •
I could be back to the same dark place I was. •

Last 2 exercises to finish the week, smith machine chest supported row.. and standing one leg calf raise. For rows do dropsets, do 10 reps, drop the weight, then 10 more. Do 3 sets. For calf raises alternate between each leg, 5 sets, reps are 30, 25, 20, 20, 20. Go back and forth non stop adjusting weight accordingly. WEEK 2 STAMPED AND PUT AWAY 💪🏻😁👊🏻

So today I got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and I have never had more of a reality check. I have always wanted to get in shape and get back to a healthy standing but I always make some excuse but now is the time for change. I don’t want to have to take medication for the rest of my life so today marks the first step in my journey towards my goals!
