Risk-taking. Ferociousness. Independence.
These are the qualities they want to wring out of us. Why? Because these are the qualities they cannot overcome.
They want us weak, passive and obedient. That’s how they get power. Some bloated Trigglypuff screaming about the male gaze can’t force us to do anything. Sure, a lot of them have weight on us, but if we laugh at them and simply say “No” to their demands, they’re stuck. Are they going to go get a rifle and make us?
They have to talk us into surrendering, or really, pester us into surrendering. Which means talking us out of the uppity, aggressive, no-damns-given masculinity that is the last obstacle to their fussy, naggy domination.
Don’t be fooled by the “toxic” qualifier – all masculinity is toxic to these human weebles. What they call “toxic” is really the essence of freedom. It’s toxic alright, but to their goals, not ours. Masculinity means freedom from them and the puffy, non-binary utopia they dreamed up because that’s the only world in which such losers could be anything more than a sorry punchline.
Am I saying men and women are different? Yes.
Of course, so do they. They just want to eliminate those differences because those differences are an obstacle to their power. Embrace who you are, man or woman. Men and women are complimentary, the weaknesses of each compensated for by the strengths of the other.
Being a man does not mean being a sad, hairy, lumpy version of a woman.
Nor does being a woman mean being a smaller, baby-having man.
Being your gender is part of who you are, and by erasing that they seek to change you from who you are into who they want you to be: A neutered drone.
The answer to the attack on toxic masculinity is to recommit to what they label “toxicity,” because what they call “toxic masculinity” is not about criminality or being a jerk. It’s about the basic premise of being a man, the role of builder and destroyer, engineer and warrior. They want to take what makes you special from you, so all you have are the scraps they choose to give you. And then they will own you.
Do you want to be owned?
How’s you beach bod? Summer bodies are created in winter and without Testosterone they won’t be happening at all 💪

My top 3 supplements that every human being should be taking, especially athletes! 💯
========================================== 1. Fish Oil - the best source of anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids which are severely lacking in the standard American diet. Most Americans don't eat fatty fish like salmon and sardines often enough to counter the overabundance of inflammatory omega 6 fats in the SAD. Especially beneficial to the brain, heart and skin fish oil is also a potent natural anti-depressant. Recommended dose: 2-6g daily 😊 ========================================== Vitamin D3 - it shouldn't really be called a vitamin. It's actually a steroid hormone. And if your body is deficient in vitamin D, it struggles to produce testosterone. Vitamin D may also have a stronger link to the immune system than vitamin C and is another powerful anti-depressant. Most of us don't spend enough time outside in the sun to maintain healthy vitamin D levels naturally so supplementation is advised. Recommended dose: 5,000IU daily 😎 ========================================== Magnesium - responsible for regulation of stress hormones, maintaining healthy bones, metabolism of carbohydrates and so much more, magnesium is an essential mineral that is fairly difficult to get adequate levels of from whole foods alone and frequent, intense exercise may lead to lower levels in the body making magnesium supplementation clutch for athletes. As with the first two entries, magnesium also helps ward off depression and anxiety. Recommended dose: 100-500mg daily 🤗 ========================================== #FishOil #VitaminD #Magnesium #Inflammation #Depression #Anxiety #Fatigue #Pain #Headaches #Stress #Illness #Wellness #Supplementation #Supplements #Nutrition #Fitness #ActiveLifestyle #Health #Heart #Brain #Skin #Eyes #Body #Testosterone #Hormones #Minerals #Vitamins #HealthyFats #Supplement #HealthyLife

You know I love the Gym Life simply because of several different Health benefits. However, if we are sensitive to DHT, excess weight lifting can increase Testosterone levels. We often undermine the value of our internal health/well being. However, it is the elemental piece to living a healthier and longer life.
In order to make better health decisions to honor our body and its true functions we must start by understanding the basics:
What are hormones?
Hormones are liquid chemicals created in the endocrine glands that carry messages within our body to our cells within our tissues and organs.
Its impact on our health?
They are responsible for regulating a large number of the body’s functions and to help maintain chemical levels in our bloodstream.
the word hormone is derived from the Greek word that means to spur on.
that is exactly what they do.
Hormones help stimulate/ support our metabolism, sexual and reproductive functions to name a few.
Every part of our body has a specific job- our brain, heart, muscles etc. and our hormones take direction from the endocrine system to get this specific job done.
So without a well balanced and functioning hormones the specific job it is designed to do for our body cannot be done. ————————————————————
The body does not work well under restriction or neglect. Therefore, when the hormones cannot complete their job due to a hormone inmbalance health issues arise:
- Thyroid disorder
- Low libido

Habits to evaluate:
- Your nutrition
- Birth control usage
- Harmful chemical products ( parabens, peg, bpa, etc)

Despite of what you may be going through today, ALWAYS REMEMBER to continue to take care of yourself. Eat nutritious foods! Exercise! sleep well!
Your own understanding will lead to your happiness.
UNDERSTANDING is indeed the highest level that any being can ever reach in his existence. Understanding what people have gone through...understanding why people say and do what they do instead of assuming...understanding that people unfortunately have mental illnesses...understanding people's behavior as a result of their fears and insecurities.
Understanding how different foods do impact our hormones...understanding that timing is crucial, not only when it comes to eating, but when it comes to almost anything you can think of...understanding that your passion, knowledge, success, happiness & peace are just a state of mind that can only be found when you have UNDERSTANDING.
