True story!!!!! I ate cake 🎂 every day from Monday to Friday. That is not in anyone’s diet plan and I did slightly gain from it and experience a lil IBS from it😬☹️, angered my old lady guts😂😂😂. But it’s Saturday and I’m away from the office goodies and back and on track! Got my leg day done and now I’m on my way to the shower so o don’t stink when I go to a concert with my friend Nurse Sarah tonight!!! I’m sure she will be happy with my choice to bathe too!! Bwahaha!!!! But really, this leg day was brutal, and I remember all the candy and all the cake and all the indulgences with every one of those burpee’s! 😂😈😂! It wasn’t punishments, but if I had good nutrition, I’m sure those would’ve been much easier!!!! Hey, there is always next week! Happy Saturday!!!! Happy Leg day! And Happy.....let’s get back on track before all the Halloween candy is in front of us!

To wear these shorts in public was an overwhelming challenge, I’ve never loved or learnt to embrace my thighs yet they’ve never let me down, they carry me as many miles as I wish in a day, they’ve been battered, bruised and injured and they’ve always recovered 💜However I still can’t see past the flaws, so to help me get over it I had to get a photo and another biggy for me is posting it here for anyone to see. I’m learning to love every part of me inside and out, some days it’s easy others it’s not yet I know these legs won’t let me down 💗💓
