Currently in an airport, mid-layover, experiencing the worst upset stomach that I’ve had in a while. I don’t know if it’s from all the meals I’ve had, from a meal yesterday that got me sick, or if I’m actually sick but damn... life is rough for me at the moment. •
It’s kind of funny how life works. After last night I planned to go right in to a fast once my trip concluded, and apparently my body wanted to make sure I didn’t back out of my commitment to fast 😂 Nothing sounds good to me. Not even the Chik Fil A that I wanted to have in the airport since we don’t have it back home. Oh well 😭
This nasty ordeal reminds me of why I like practicing IF, OMAD, and fasting. It’s nice to give your body a break, let your digestive system rest, and nourish it when it needs to — NOT in a constant state of indulgence. Plus, you can’t have digestive emergencies in an airport if you don’t have any food to get sick off. So all I’m saying is put some energy up into the universe that I start to feel better and that I make it through my next flight without embarrassing myself... if you catch my drift. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
