So my 16 week Body challenge has come to an end and I couldn't be more happier with my results so far 💪🏼 After 16 weeks of feeding my body with the right nutrition and working out at the gym I can honestly say I have never felt better in myself. Yes ive had days where I have treated myself to what I want but I'm human who doesn't and I don't feel guilty for it as I know 80% of the time I am always feeding my body with the right nutrition.
From feeling constantly tired and ill all the time to now being full of energy, I go to the gym 4/5 times a week, I'm not tired all the time, I sleep better at night, I'm not bloated anymore and I'm happier within myself. I've lost just over a stone in weight and my body fat % and BMI have also gone down. This isn't a fad diet, your not restricted from eating......This is a complete lifestyle change and I'm never hungry, plus I still get to eat chocolate that's actually good for you 👌🏻😍 Thankyou to Jill McFadden for being my accountability partner all the way through 😘 and to Hayley Payne for introducing me to this lifestyle and always being there on the phone when I needed you, I can't thank you enough 😘❤❤
Its not over now though as I've signed straight up to my next body challenge 💪🏼🏋🏼♀️
