As we near the end of week one of the bbg @sweat
program I’m realizing how I’ve pushed myself sooo much harder this round than last time! .
I’m already down 4lbs this week and everything hurts😂(in a good way).I highly recommend this program, the link is in my bio it’s noooo joke!! I’m a serious sweaty mess after every workout 😓 tomorrow is a well deserved rest day !
