When you keep it up and see the changes you will feel unstoppable, and eventually even start to stop caring about what others think about you..👍🏻 it takes time and learning, but it's possible. 👊🏻 Also the last 3 days have been pretty sunny and nice so obviously there's red Mosquito bites all over me.😅

I’ve been super MIA due to school starting and my busy schedule but I’ve still been making time to squeeze the gym in at least 4 times per week and meal prepping on either Sunday or Monday. I also haven’t made a food post in a while so I figured I would share with you guys a few things about me and my feelings/ the positives to meal prepping 🥗🥘🍲🍛
1️⃣ SAVING MONEY : 1 thing I’ve realized since I’ve started meal prepping for my weeks is how much money I have been saving during the week by prepping my meals. Before I prepped, I found myself spending roughly $30 per day on coffee, breakfast, lunch & dinner. By going grocery shopping (with a budget in mind & a list of what you plan on making), you minimize your chances of going to pick something up and spending anywhere between 5-10$ on just 1 meal. It’s also nearly impossible to each healthy for cheap. Especially depending on your location and where you work/live/go to school. All together, I usually spend roughly $30-$50 on groceries for the week.
2️⃣ HEALTHIER EATING HABITS : once you get yourself on a healthy path, it’s harder for your body to go back to eating “unhealthy” again. Also, when you prep your food, you know exactly what ingredients are going into it and you’re able to incorporate healthier fats, carbs, etc. You are also more inclined to eating it if it’s already prepared versus having to cook every single day for every single meal.
3️⃣ ITS ENJOYABLE : after you have started to introduce yourself to different foods, spices, and marinades, you realize how yummy these healthy meals can be. I also find that it’s nice/fun to get your mind off things, go to the grocery store, and take about an hour or 2 to cook and prepare your meals for the week. And once you find a prep that you love, you look forward to making it again.

Very often the way we treat others is the way we look at the world. It’s a reflection of how we feel about life, in general – especially as it relates to us. Someone who is never content or happy with life – the one who thinks nothing is ever good enough – is often the one who treats others the worst. Their discontentment with life makes them discontent with just about everyone in it.
Like most things in life, the choice is ours. We can improve the way we treat others by improving our outlook on life or we can become so toxic and negative that small children run away from us.
Spread kindness. Spread happiness. There’s enough toxicity and negativity out there and the world doesn’t need any more of it. How you treat people tells all. Integrity is everything !

Het werd een beetje een dingetje.. ik weet ook wel dat het getal op de weegschaal lang niet alles zegt maar het lukte me afgelopen week maar niet onder de 60 kilo te komen! Vandaag was het dan zover! Het is een beetje een mijlpaal.. dit was ooit mijn streef gewicht.. daar kijk ik nu toch anders tegen aan.. Wat is jou doel?

The only thing that‘s stronger than your body, is your mind. Sometimes all you need is to clear your mind and not to think about the risks or the consequences. If your mind is right und you have a vision, your body will follow to turn it into reality !
Stay hungry, stay focused and stay savage. Never stop believing in youself, if you do, you‘ll loose and your vision won‘t turn into reality !
