Now I’d be lyin to ya if I said I never was irritated, frustrated or angry but what I always make sure to do is be in tune with myself! Honestly that’s part of the reason I switched from bodybuilding to marathon training
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed competing, it was natural to me & came pretty easy for the most part for years but then... then it didn’t... post 1 year competing I was still dealing with hormone issues, thyroid issues & everything was a battle! That’s when I realized ok Jen, ya ain’t feelin this no more so I had to redirect my trajectory!
The point is we gotta be real with ourselves no matter what, the sooner the better, if ya don’t have the right attitude you’re never gonna reach the right altitude! Couldn’t be happier I switched, I’m loving my fitness training again & my hormones are all good to go, here’s to new challenges & healthy decisions!
Rome wasn’t built in a day! Great things take time and that’s ok! Just keep building one brick at a time!

Treinar com Parceiro de Treino é algo que vemos constantemente, principalmente em indivíduos treinados.
Além do aspecto motivacional, o auxílio externo dos indivíduos ou seja o "LEVE" possibilita para os praticantes a possibilidade te um treino mais intenso, segundo eles.
Mas como funciona isso?
Esta variável significa a aplicação de forças por outro indivíduo (execução assistida) em uma determinada fase da trajetória do movimento, permitindo uma execução conforme previsto.
Essa assistência deverá possibilitar a realização do movimento sem uma interferência em outras variáveis, como por exemplo, a duração, a amplitude de movimento, o número de repetições e peso. Considerando-se que uma determinada carga de treinamento deverá ser realizada nos exercícios, deve estar atento para que esse auxilio não seja o principal responsável pela execução de determinado movimento, mas somente permita a sua realização dentro do volume, intensidade e duração previstos.
O auxílio externo ao executante ("LEVE") poderá ocorrer tanto na situação onde a menor geração de Torque articular como no momento em que a fadiga prejudicar a execução do treinamento conforme previsto.
É necessária Uma análise criteriosa para justificar esse auxílio, dentro da carga de treinamento dimensionada para o praticante.

⛓The infamous Kinetic Chain - also referred to in the simplified form as 🕺the human movement system💃- a structural interdependence between muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and fascia.
⚙️Most people easily “recognize” these chains through the aches and pains we feel day to day - all possible symptoms indicating imbalanced kinetic links.
📝Part of an initial training client assessment is a simplified overview of the kinetic chain checkpoints (plus a history inventory) to ensure SAFE weight training execution and recommendations.
🏋🏾♀️🤸🏼♂️🤾🏿♂️⛹🏻♂️Things I’m looking for in YOU before we train: (Static Postural Assessment)
1. 👣Foot and Ankle checkpoint: straight and parallel, no external rotation or pronation, leg intersects at 90 degree angle through to the sole of the foot
2. Knee checkpoint: in line with toes, no adduction, abduction, and no flexion or hyperextension
3.🌪Lumbo-pelvic-hip complex (LPHC) checkpoint: pelvis is level at both superior iliac spines in same plane, no lumbar flexion or extension (curved or arched back)
4. 🔗Shoulders checkpoint: level and not elevated or rounded
5. 💆🏼♀️Head and Cervical Spine checkpoint: neutral position not tilted or rotated

I have been trying to incorporate different exercises on my leg days 🏋🏽♂️... Today I did uphill lunges and let me tell you 😅... Half way up the hill my legs were on 🔥🔥 ————————————————————
Definitely recommend this variation of lunges if you have access to an incline like a steep hill or mountain 🏃🏾♂️⛰
