Yes, we moved- again.
I decided to keep it on the down low this time because I just didn't want any negative comments. Physically moving your entire life with four kids in a wagon is stressful, y'all. Setting up new insurance. Finding Mila a hospital. Enrolling the girls in a new school. Finding a place to live- it's a lot, dang it. I gotta toot my own horn, I handled it way better than I did with our move to the west coast. Once you step out of your comfort zone, doing so again and again gets easier...and dare I say, exciting? I've been to more places in the past year than I have my entire life! Sure, there are drawbacks but life experiences and opportunities kind of out weigh them.
We left California a tad earlier than expected (we originally thought 1-2 years), but fulfilled our purpose of moving there (job experience). Mike was offered a supervisor job, which aligns with his career goals- so here we are. Yes, it's a contract job- don't be surprised if we move around for awhile- we are just trying to find our place in life 🤷🏻♀️ and if we have the opportunity to travel, why not take advantage for awhile? Of course we want to settle down, but we aren't gonna just- settle. Ya dig? Our road trip was 1000% smoother than our drive from IL--->OR. We spent 3 days on the road- staying in Reno, Nevada and near Twin Falls, Idaho. The sights were amazing. Bozeman, MT is a little over an hour from Yellowstone- I can't wait to get out there and explore!
So yeah, I guess we are nomads now 🤷🏻♀️ so I'm gonna make the best of it 👍🏻 #bozemanbound #comptonsgonorth #herewegoagain #travelingcircus #themountainsarecalling #nomads #exploremore
