Při pohledu na tu chumelenici která je za okny jsem dostala chuť si k obědu vytvořit něco nového, ale zároveň rychlého a dobroučkého a tak vznikl tento dokonalý 𝐝ýň𝐨𝐯ý 𝐤𝐫é𝐦 s praženou cizrnou a mrkvičkou💛 Potřebujete: 🥕půl menší Hokkaidó dýně 🥕 větší mrkev 🥕 propláchnutou cizrnu z plechovky 🥕 100ml soyové mléko 🥕 pepř, sůl (bylinkouvou, černou), sušený česnek, mletou papriku, kurkumu 🥕 5g proteinového prášku bez příchutě 🥕 lžíce lahudkového droždí • cizrnu dáme na plech s peč. Papírem a promícháme ji s trochou sušeného česneku a paprikou a dáme péct do trouby. Mrkev a dýni očistíme, zbavíme slupky, nakrájíme a dáme dusit s trochou vody do kastrolu (kousek mrkve jsem si dala ještě opect k cizrně). Přidáme sůl, pepř, papriku, kurkumu, česnek a dusíme dokud zelenina nezměkne. V krnečku bokem si smícháme proteinový prášek a mléko, vzniklý krém nalijeme k zelenině a ještě chvilku dusíme. Nakonec přidáme droždí a vše rozmixujeme do krému ručním mixérem. Couldn’t agree more @daleykale ・・・ I think tradition and people stuck in their ways is part of problem to why people don't want to give up meat. - There's nothing to be scared of, in giving up a long and dated 'tradition'. - Judgement can also be a massive part of it. Having to come across 'manly' to eat dead flesh isn't the way it should be portrayed. Compassion is more attractive and dominant than ignorance ever will be. - I used to be that guy, enjoying big steaks and having no thought process of what happened before it went on my plate. Eating animals doesn't make you a bad person. Wrap your food in aluminum foil , then place in freezer proof bag or container.
Being vegan is easier than ever with mock meats and prepackaged items in abundance. It's okay to have these items on the right every once in a while, but they should not be at the forefront of the diet. . There's a common misconception that eating vegan is very expensive. Yes, if you're buying prepackaged foods, mock meats and cheeses--essentially vegan alternatives--these come at a premium. But a WHOLE food plant-based diet is relatively LESS expensive than it's omnivore counterpart. . Rice and beans are some of the cheapest calories you can get in any part of the world! Take this burrito bowl for example. It's packed full of flavor with tofu crumbles (flavored with taco seasonings), black beans, corn, brown rice, homemade salsa, and avocado all on a bed of romaine lettuce. This HUGE meal costs just over $2 USD to make. .
