πIv gotten asked this question a lot regarding juicing and the amount of sugar it can consume. If you are hitting your macros and calories it shouldnβt be an issue in terms of weight loss or gain. It actually can help boost your metabolism & help with digestion depending what you make. As long as your consuming natural sugars rather than artificial. Personally I like to keep a fruit in my diet because itβs sweet and prevents from maybe having chips or something that has zero nutritional value, but donβt be going overboard! π¬

πFor example fruit, coconut milk, protein shake, and cinnamon apples, dark chocolate, are all pretty low on the glycemic index so nothings going to spike blood sugar too much and is safe to do in low increments. I like to keep my fruit intake to the morning or lunch for the quick energy as it burns off throughout your day & refrain from it in the afternoon. πͺπ½π
