LOVE a little harder today, it helps your mental and emotional health! It doesn't need to be in the forms of gifts or fancy things, just pick up your phone and send a loved one a message, spend time with someone you haven't in a while or even just surprise someone with a kind little gesture! .
I thought about this long and hard because everyone seems to think that LOVE is shown in fancy ways, if that were to be true, my relationships are anything but love! Yet for the last few months, my husband @mrjohn_caetano
has trained with me without fail. My sessions are out of his normal routine, he takes time out of his sleep-ins and makes sure I get out and train! He knows I struggle with anything "Upper body" related and would avoid it at all cost! Yet whilst I'm slowly struggling, he's been right beside cheering me on or on the complete opposite side of the room yelling at me to keep going. He's even started little home gym sessions to build my strength quickly! Now there's nothing that spells out LOVE more than going out of your way to help and celebrate success with others!
