The past week I’ve suffered from post comp blues. You’re so fixated on comp for however many weeks you’ve been prepping for the big main event & suddenly it’s over. Followed by body dysmorphia - stage weight is amazing but as you start to reserve out it plays with your head. Stage weight isn’t something you can have year round but after a week goal planning for my comps of 2019 I’m ready to make my off season gains 💪🏾 chunky yet funky is my motto for this summer 😜

Half indoor, half outdoor this morning ☀️
Working in an office, training in a gym and walking around the CBD of a lunch time means my only sunlight is walking to the train of a morning! Trying to get some more incidental exposure to increase those Vitamin D levels 😍
