Came across this before photo and just take a look at how round my stomach was .
I went from all I wanted to do was drink and party to health is the majority of my life with a margarita every now and then .
I am happier now than I was then .
I am heavier now than I was then but I turned my fat into muscle . My legs have grown tremendously and my core speaks for its self .
To look at my before photo and see how big my stomach used to be really makes me proud of the progress I have made .
Waist Measurment then : about a 33-34
Waistline Now : 27 😍
Weight Then: About 150
Weight Now : 165
It’s not about the scale y’all 💁🏻♀️

With a New Year 🎉 comes major anxiety over “sticking” to our New Years resolutions. We honestly make it too hard on ourselves. Especially when those resolutions involve working out more or “dieting”
I think it’s great to start a New Year with big plans, goals and more. But when aiming to have a healthy lifestyle, it’s important NOT to put food or the gym on a pedestal. I was soooo guilty of this for years! We work so hard in the beginning...only to burn out after a few weeks. Balance plays a huge part in a healthy lifestyle. I honestly hate the word “diet” because of all the nasty stigmatism to it. If you’ve been eating great all day, and you want that darn COOKIE before bed. Eat the cookie! Because if you deprive yourself of things and never allow yourself to indulge once in awhile...You will fall off the bandwagon. That is of course unless you have the strongest will power on the planet! 😉
Look! If the Rock can indulge in a cheat meal, so can you. Eat the freaking cookie 😂

🔹 Warm up cable sumo deadlift into squat with band 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Superset with standing banded hip abduction ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔹 Single leg leg press 4 sets of 10-12 reps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔹 Side lunge with plate 4 sets of 10-12 reps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔹 Plie dumbbell squat with band 4 Sets of 10-12 reps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔹 Lying Hamstring curl machine superset with Hip thrusts on lying hamstring curl machine 4 sets of 6-8 reps (I go heavier on these)
🔹 Hip Abduction machine 4 sets of 10-12 reps superset into single leg abduction ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔹 Glute kickback machine 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Cool down with stretching 😌🙏

T-Bar rows, one of my favorite exercises that helped thicken up my back. 👊🏾
Some google facts, What muscles does the T bar row work? This includes your lats, teres major or "little lat," trapezius and erector spinae. T-bar rows also work your shoulders and the pulling muscles in your arms -- biceps, brachialis and brachioradialis. Your abdominals, hamstrings and glutes must also fire to help stabilize your body in the bent-over position as you lift.
