UPDATE‼️‼️These first three pics are from yesterday and the last one was from 15 weeks post operation of both shoulders. I haven’t had an off-season of more than 3 months since 2008 when I turned pro. Unfortunately when you train with extreme intensity and use heavy weight things get worn down and need to be fixed and playing 15 years of football didn’t help. Getting both shoulders operated on 5 weeks apart definitly made me take off from the gym, not eat as much, and just rest and recover. Since I was eating 2-3 times MAX a day plus doing a lot of cardio to keep my body active I went from 230lbs down to 193lbs. Now I’m back up to mid 220s after being back to training 9 weeks and haven’t even hit full stride with my training yet as I’m still not pushing the heavier weights. I heard all over I wouldn’t come back from this, I heard well “this bodybuilder didn’t come back from injuries so Guy def can’t come back from his,” but funny thing is. People that said that don’t know who I am and what I’m capable of. It ain’t the shit we put up on social media that matters it’s the shit we do that no one sees that matters. Broke in my new Quadro gear tonight with a savage delt workout.. wasn’t feeling my best going into the workout. I was Feeling really fatigued and sore . However once the weights started making some noise I got into the zone and was able to go heavier than I thought I was gonna go and crushed day 38 of #projectinferno with a stupid pump! Ignore those negative thoughts and do the opposite!
- HS shoulder press: 10x12 (includes warmup sets)
- barbell up right rows: 4x12
- single arm DB lateral raise: 3x12
- DB lateral raise: 3x10
- seated cable face pulls SS DB shrugs: 3x20
- pec dec rear delt fly: 2x20
- cable rope front delt raise: 3x10
- cable later raise: 3x12
—-(30 sec rest between everything)
