The suspended lunge on the TRX ain't easy, but your body adapts quickly to this move which tests everyone the first time they try it. The boys are adding an extra challenge by touching the outside of the foot - subtle but concentrated. This one move is a winner for strengthening the glutes and creating stability in the lower legs whilst working the core. I gave up meat, sold my car and refuse to buy another, avoid using plastic as much as I can, carry my own steel straw, give my own utensils for food delivery, turn off the lights if not used, use water mindfully, carry my own steel bottles etc.
I am not asking anyone to be extreme and quit things but we can all do our best to avoid some of the things like plastic usage, exploiting water and electricity, depending on transportation that uses fossil fuels, incorporating moderate consumption of meat, being mindful about littering and spreading awareness about pollution to others.

Two different stories, yet in the end it’s the same feeling of achievement!
Mona, who’s a serious cyclist took up our diet program and when she came to us, she was adamant about getting her weight down to 52 kgs. By the end of 6 weeks, she only lost 2 kgs but as you can see from the pics, she lost a lot more inches (which is the healthiest way to lose weight). She continued everything that we taught her after the term was done and lost 2 more kgs, but today she’s not worried about the weighing scale anymore. “I’m much more confident that I will bounce back, even if I go off track now. My tailor is fed up of my inch loss” she says 😄. This is exactly the reason why we don’t usually mention how much weight a client has lost. It’s mainly about the change in mindset and lifestyle that matters for better health.
Similarly, Harshith says “Due to my injury or so I thought, I always stopped myself from working out regularly. But during the 6 weeks, I realized injury was just a reason for being lazy. Now it’s become part of my everyday life ! I’ve throughly enjoyed following the workouts and would definitely continue beyond the course. Even with the soreness on a daily basis, my body feels fresh”. He lost a lot of inches and his old mindset. These pics speak for themselves and we are so proud of these clients who take the pledge with us, give everything they’ve got and continue to implement it after they’ve learnt from us!! ♥️

It's normal to lose motivation sometimes. It's normal to feel stuck. It's normal to want to give up halfway there. The hardest part is the middle. When you start it's easy, you're all motivated by the changes you want to make and the vision you have in your head. But when that motivation fades, and you're right in the middle of it, you'll want to quit. The results won't come as fast as you would like them to and you will want to give up. But that's where the real results happen. Not when you get to the finish line, it's when you feel like shit, want to throw in the towel and say f**k this. But this is when you need to keep pushing. This is where the magic happens. Don't feel discouraged if you miss a workout, have a bad meal, feel unmotivated or unfit....we ALL have those moments. Just pick yourself up and keep going.

Last 2 workouts of Week 2 done this weekend. Really tried concentrating on upping my weights and proper form something I know I need to spend more time working on. Sometimes that muscle mind connection takes alot of mind work. 🤦😂 Nutrition was not on point due to the holidays, ate way outside my macros but life is about balance right? 🤷 Back on track today... ready for Week 3... Had a nice run yesterday trying to get back home before it got dark. I cheated on Keto, but I don’t feel bad about it. I enjoyed the holidays and tried to keep it in moderation.
Faith doesn’t take the fear away, it just teaches you to FIGHT it.
This little exercise may seem simple to the eye but for soo long I was petrified at pushing off the bottom bar to grab the one above, even though I had the power it would take to do it easily.
Is there something you know your capable of but your just a bit scared to go for?
Sometimes it’s as simple as a choice. A choice to have faith in yourself and your abilities and give it your best shot!!
