Today I feel blessed
Blessed to be where i am right now
Blessed with the people i have in my life
And blessed to have a coach that deals with my insecurities and lack of confidence
I’m too hard on myself, but I think we all are. And i’m so incredibly grateful to have @orenwhitingfitness
as my coach because he deals with it. He doesn’t just deal with it, he comforts me and encourages me and never gives up on me, even when i’ve given up on myself
Came in today not very confident but left more than happy with where i’m at.
Since i’ve started i’ve dropped almost 4% body fat and lost 7lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle
numbers are dropping folks and couldn’t b more pumped

I don't devote too much time to my abs. I try to do an exercise or two most days, but if I do them around 3 or 4 times a week I'm happy.
I like doing 3 sets of a weighted exercise more than stereotypical circuits--I might do a circuit once a week or so.

accidentally wore the wrong shoes for my lifts butttt das okay we worked with it. i went into the gym not wanting to workout but then i walked in to an almost empty gym and it suddenly turned into an hour and a half just playing😍🙌🏼 i did this 15 minute AMRAP that is sure to make you almost puke! Give it a try😛

‼️Slowly But Surely‼️
We all face struggles in our day to day life, but you can’t let that push you around and leave you behind. You need to look at yourself everyday in the mirror and say “I’m gonna kick your ass today in anything I do” and challenge yourself to the impossible. That’s the only way you’re going to grow and learn from your mistakes. We all have this mentality as we are growing up that things in life are given to us because we have a right to. Fuck no you don’t, nothing in life is given it’s earned! The sooner you get that through your thick skull, the quicker you’ll start realizing that everything you want is in the tip of your fingers. You just have to work your ass off to get it and be successful.
So these are slow and awkward AF (excuses = kinda sore from squats last night and had quite a physically taxing morning at work but no real excuses tbh) but whatever I got them! 4x8 45kg squats, 3x2 77.5kg deadlifts, diverging lat pull down, pull up negatives and some abs for lols. 💦💪🏼

Minulý týždeň som pri trochu nižších váhach cítil dosť veľkú silu, tak som si dnes povedal, že skúsim otestovať aktuálnu maximálku 🙄 200 kg je moje PR od decembra, odkedy som sa k nemu moc nepriblížil. Dnes som to skúsil vyrovnať, no nedopadlo to. Paradox je, že pri 180 som mal pocit, že som chrbát držal úplne dobre a pri 190 som naopak mal pocit, že som povolil pri doťahu, no na videu vidno, že to bolo skôr opačne. Zase je to niečo, z čoho sa dá poučiť a zlepšiť.
As I was editing my clips I took from this morning, I noticed how much my legs have progressed over the years. It’s crazy to see your body’s accomplishments over the years. Especially when it comes to body parts that have had previous injuries (4 ACL, 3 MCL, and a total knee blowout) and caused you to have a setback. Even though I have always had bigger quads (thanks genetics), I still train them frequently. Yes, there are days when I hate having big quads, but I’ve learned to love them over the years. Always love your body no matter what you’re currently facing!
