Summer is the perfect time to enjoy various bowls. I choose those with lots of greens, cacao nibs (one of my favorites now) or those with antioxidants packed berries that are in season right now. • • • • • One pan Wonder Before > After 🐓 Pimping Chicken Breast 20 minute Recipe below 👇🏼 —— 👉🏼 Breakdown 457 Calories Protein 48 | Carbs 19 / Fibre 9 / Sugars 11 | Fats 21 —— 👉🏼 Ingredients 🐓 140g Chicken Breast skinless (Pasture Raised / Free Range) 🥑 60g Avocado 🍅 100g Cherry Tomatoes - Sliced in half 🥒 150g Courgettes / Zucchini - spirlaised 🌶 100g Bell Peppers - roughly chopped 🥥 1 tsp Coconut Oil —— 👉🏼 Recipe 1. Preheat Oven to 180c, Preheat cast iron pan to medium. Add 1/2 of the coconut oil 2. Add the chicken breast (ex skinless side down) and allow to lightly brown. Leave for 4mins then move to the side. 3. Add the remaining oil & Add the Courgetti / Zoodles + Tomatoes + Bell Peppers to pan, sauté for a few mins and then add the chicken on top of vegetables 4. Up bright and early this morning to catch a flight to Crete for a few days away with my family ☀️. I packed my current favourite carrot cake overnight oats combo (RECIPE below ⤵️), which sadly didn’t make it through airport security despite me making it SO thick 😂. Apparently anything ‘wet’ isn’t allowed, although I’ve definitely taken overnight oats before 😏. Anywayyyy I’m not one to waste food, so I told him that I wasn’t letting it go easily. He laughed, asked me if I had a spoon (duh 😜) and then escorted me back through security where I happily sat and munched a very early breakfast... Sometimes it’s worth showing a bit of resistance right?! DEETS as follows 🥕 (adjust to suit your appetite): ½-1 cup oat(bran) // 1 tbsp chia seeds // 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (or ground almonds) // 1 large steamed carrot, mashed // 1/2 cup greek yoghurt // 1 tsp maca // 1/2 tsp sweetener // 1/2 tsp cinnamon // 1/4 tsp nutmeg + about 150 milk of choice (add more if necessary). Mix everything together, refrigerate overnight and then top as desired! ✨ #mylifeisforliving

Looking for an incredible fish recipe? This one will rock your world! 😂. Spicy, tangy, creamy, delicious Thai style fish! You can’t see the actual fish in this pic because it’s covered in this delicious coconut and herb marinade, but trust me, its in there (check out my highlight on eat to see)... Sooooo good!⠀ ⠀ 2 white fish fillets (I like cod)⠀ 1 small red chili (de-seed if you can’t take the heat) 🌶 🔥 2 spring onions⠀ 1 inch piece lemon grass stalk (if I don’t have fresh lemongrass I use mekhala’s dried lemongrass) 1/4 cup coriander⠀ 1 garlic cove⠀ 2 Kaffir like leaves⠀ 1/2 tsp turmeric ⠀ 1 tbsp lime juice⠀ 1-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce ( I use mekhala roasted sweet chili relish)⠀ 1/2 cup coconut milk ⠀ Sea salt & Pepper ⠀ ⠀ Chop up all your herbs and aromatic. Toss in a bowl and mix with rest of your wet ingredients. Lay your fish In a baking dish and coat with the coconut sauce. Let marinade in the fridge for 2 hours or more. Preheat oven to 350F or 180C. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt & pepper and serve with your favorite green veggies or some rice. KALE CHIPS ✌🏻 . With all the gorgeous organic kale in the shops right now, I couldn’t resist making these for afternoon tea. The kids always enjoy these. . . To make: . . Pull the leaves off the stems of the kale, wash and dry thoroughly. Pre heat oven to 150 degrees. Place the kale leaves in a bowl and add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and generous amounts of salt, onion powder & garlic powder. Massage the kale well until it’s all covered. Place on a lined baking tray (single layer), and bake for 15 mins. Turn tray around and bake for another 10 minutes. Keep on eye on them incase your oven is hotter! Let them cool and crispen up. Our fourth oil in the top ten is the ever so humble Lavender! . This extremely versatile and well known oil is great for healing the skin (hair straightener burns anyone 😆😩), calming the nerves, easing tension & providing you with a good nights rest (AND your kids 😉). . Here are a few ways I use Lavender; 💜 We put a drop on our pillows every night, diffuse it, and pop some on the soles of our feet #GimmeAllDaSleep . 💜 We make yummy Lavender bath bombs or will add a few drops to our bath along with some Epsom salts. Mega relaxing! . 💜 I rub a few drops neat (meaning straight from the bottle, undiluted) on my wrists when I feel like I’m gonna lose my 💩 with my kids 🤣 - Helps to calm ya farm . 💜 I also will diffuse this in our lounge room (sometimes on its own, sometimes with other oils like balance & cheer) when the kiddos are a lil hyper and also need to calm down . 💜 I add this to Gabriel’s nappy rash spray, eczema spray, the kids boo boo blend and basically any cuts, scratches, burns etc as it’s great at healing & calming stressed skin . 💜 Surprisingly, lavender is also great for your hair health AND hair growth (sick of paying for eyelash extensions anyone?) Back from a lovely week away in the ☀️👋🏼(apologies for being MIA and lack of food posts) but I am back feeling refreshed and excited to get back in the kitchen🍴 (what a bloody saddo 👩🏼‍🍳). A week of refined sugars 🍬and processed carbs🍟 has been delicious, but wow has it reminded me why my body functions better from plant based nutritious rich foods 🌱 I’m bloated and feel like a slug 🐌 So why not kick start the week with what I do best? Мой вес на сегодня 61,160кг Погода не радует , но 6 утра велосипед+купание в карьере Нужны были силы , поэтому съела 2 куска хлеба с кабачковой икрой и пошла пешком на практику (40минут пешком) Практика 5 часов . Пришла домой в 15ч и пообедала , сон и ужин Как уже сказала погода не радует поэтому либо начну уже сегодня выполнять физ нагрузки ,либо побегают на улице под дождем , в любом случае нужно движение так как много поела. Но хочу заметить , что вчера пока бегала обдумалп и пересмотрела свой рацион и уже сегодня не ем ничего того , из-за чего может появиться тяжесть в животе , задумалась об этом вчера , когда было некомфортно бегать Далее. Да-да Я питалась сегодня овощами , 1крабовая палочка ,1 яйцо . Давно не пила кофе , но в последнее время оно часто перед глазами и ... Так оно ещё и с сахаром . Сахар я не ела ну месяца 4 точно. Тоже обращу на это внимание. Много сегодня ела мучного. Мое утро началось в 9:00 И так поговорим о целях более подробно, учитывая мои параметры (мне 18лет): ◼На 2016 год обхват ягодиц составлял 94см На сегодняшний день 2018г. 101см. — я собираюсь вернуть упругость округлость ягодицам (ведь спорт мое второе Я). Буду выполнять упражнения на эту зону.
