Attention: Porridge/ oats eaters
I have just created the easiest, cheapest and most delicious porridge ever! If you enjoy oats, you MUST try this 😍😍 So I’m at Mum and dads house, working on our 30 Day Thrive Program (yes we are very close to releasing it!!!) and I had the urge to eat, again... this happens a lot right?
So I went to the cupboard and this is what I created:
-Microwave Oats and Almond Milk until you have porridge.
-Chop up Pitted Dates
-Add Desiccated Coconut, Almonds and Chopped Pitted Dates
-Stir and enjoy!
Sorry, no measurements here, I just eyeballed it as to how hungry I was.... which was pretty hungry!
This seriously tasted like a dessert and there are no nasties!

We had a fab day in Budapest. Our first destination was the @veganfoodfestbp
, where my family stuffed their tummies with delicious cooked vegan food. It was heartwarming to see their excitement to try everything what was offered. I appreciate their interest in what I truly believe in. After spending the whole summer with them, I successfully made a little impact on their views. They eat more plant-based food, they think more about their behaviour towards our environment, they waste less food, they love each other more.
Long way to go, I'm happy.
Just to mention, the raw vegan selection was very poor at this festival, although I completely understand, that there is no demand for it in this country yet. Lucky me, I had loads of fruit in the car we brought to my sisters. @gittalenart
's speech about raw veganism was very uplifting, and I thoroughly enjoyed to listen to her. There's hope for us Hungarians. Thanks @gittalenart

MOCHA PEANUT ‘PICK-ME-UP’ BARS.
Here’s one for the grown-ups! For all those who need a little pick-me-up during the day, this one is for you!
I adore anything that incorporates my two favorite things; chocolate and coffee. This bar takes it even further and adds in some peanuts for a nutty flavor too!
These are perfect as a quick breakfast on the go, but even better for afternoon tea alongside a caffeine-free beverage. They have just the right amount of coffee to NOT keep you wired and awake till 2 am!
You can easily substitute the peanuts for any allergy requirements but don’t skimp on the chocolate 😉
With only 3 tablespoons of added sweetener for the who batch, these bars taste decadent but are not loaded with sugar like most commercial muesli bars. Naturally gluten-free (if you can source GF oats) and dairy-free, they’re a delicious must-make for all busy parents, workers or students…actually for anyone really!

This was a tomato free chicken and veg casserole we knocked up yesterday ... which is as simple and easy as chopping up some veg, adding it to the meat with some stock and herbs and cooking in the oven for a few hours! You don't need skill to get good flavour! 👌🏻

I’ve cried probably 3 times today for no apparent reason. I’ve been feeling all kinds of emotions lately, a lot of them feel like nostalgia.
I still lack a bit in energy and don’t really feel like socialising.
Is this roller coaster of emotions normal to experience on the healing diet or should I be more concerned about my mental health? My counsellor also said it could be due to deficiencies because of the malabsorption of nutrients from crohns. 🤔
Feeling good - no stress about finding toilets, no stress about urgency. But not 100% there yet and already 4 months in. Feel like I may have hit a plateau. Any tips to accelerate the detox?

. 😍Pure soul food and always reminds me of when my grandma made jelly. Sorted my computer out yesterday, my health is on point again and I feel good and energized. .
🤦🏼♀️So far so good… but to be honest mentally I am not in the best place right now. I constantly doubt my abilities in training, blocking myself. I constantly feel like I am just not trying enough and that probably is the problem… I tend to underestimate myself and give up way to early. I don’t know why I am in that place right now and how I get out of it but it is the way it is. So I am just having my chocolate pudding as dessert after breakfast and try to kick myself in the ass & change this this new week!
👩🏼🍳Recipe for a bowl of paleo & vegan cinnamon chocolate jello
⭐️200ml creamy salted cashew milk
⭐️2 raw cacao buttons, pure raw cacao & no sugar (link to those in my bio - you can also add two pieces chocolate instead)
⭐️10g cinnamon raw cacao @gochocchick
⭐️1 tsp cinnamon
⭐️2g agar agar
⭐️sweetener of choice - I used pure stevia powder, 30g coconut sugar works, too
👉🏻Bring cashew milk, raw cacao buttons and agar agar to a boil. Then add raw cacao, cinnamon and sweetener and mix until everything is combined and turn off the heat. .
👉🏻Fill into a bowl and enjoy the warm creamy jello sauce. (If you let it sit in the fridge, it gets solid.) .
👉🏻Top with whatever you feel like! I put cacao nibs, gingerbread spice, raw cacao cashew yoghurt and banana on top.

RECIPE is up for this Gluten Free and Refined Sugar Free < Decadent Chocolate and Ricotta Cake > 😘 .. I have made it a number of times and each time it has not lasted the day. Great feedback! 😂 This would be an amazing birthday cake. Easy enough for a not so confident baker too. It’s moist, rich and just freaking delicious. I make my own almond meal (ground almonds) and tend to leave a little crunch. But it you prefer it finer, it will work too (almond meal) ... I used dates for sweetness. I think it pairs so well with chocolate. (You prob already know that I think this if you have made any of my recipes!!) I topped this cake with pistachios and ganache. The one I made before this one didn’t even make it to the ganache. There's a 'burden' that has been laid on me and I feel it pushing me towards something.
I can't explain it but I sense it.
Its so 'normal' for us to 'deal' with life silently. To not speak up/share when we're facing a really hard time because
we're afraid of #judgement
We want to look like we've got it all together.
Like we've got it all figured out.
It takes #courage
to say 'hey I'm not ok, help.' It would have been easier for me to never share about my struggle with fibroids and how its affected my fertility, my #mentalhealth
, to put on a face, 'stunt for the gram' and 'just deal'.
But I learnt something. ..
Stay silent and you suffer
Speak up and you heal.
The more I share about my journey the more I'm bombarded by how many women are suffering silently under the pressures of #societal
and especially #cultural
I cant begin to tell you how many women are affected by #ovarian

Im not talking about only people on the internet, im talking about people I've met, sat in waiting rooms with, queued with, dined with etc
