Blend the following:

🔹 1 clove garlic
🔹 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

🔹 1/4 cup lemon juice
🔹 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 🔹 dash of cumin & chili powder
🔹 dash of maple syrup
🔹 dash of cholula to taste

Got a little fancy with breakfast this morning and made some French toast. I actually hated French toast for most of my life up until a few years ago when something just clicked and now I can’t get enough. Anyway... details: 2 pierces of @daveskillerbread
soaked in an egg, a splash of almond milk, cinnamon and a little vanilla. Then I cooked it on low for 2-3 minutes per side. After it was cooked I topped it with some thawed frozen blueberries, granola and a drizzle of honey. I then enjoyed it with a cup of coffee with almond milk.

This heat wave calls for a quick, refreshing, and nutritious dinner. Made a salad with spiralized organic beets, @organicgirl
organic carrots, toasted slivered almonds, pink Himalayan sea salt, and black pepper. Mixed in a homemade dressing of 2-3 cloves of raw garlic, equal parts Dijon mustard, 1 table spoon of EVOO, and 2-3 table spoons of balsamic vinegar. This meal is so amazing because it takes literally 10 minutes to prepare, it's delicious, and best of all you don't have to heat up your kitchen by cooking in the oven or even the stove. Truffled Zoodles + Salmon is one of my long time faves- for my Zucchini Noodles i like to make them with Truffle Salt, Truffle Oil & Black Pepper and my Salmon I seasoned it with Smoked Paprika, Cayenne, Black Pepper & Sea Salt💯

Another day, another bowl of oats. Details: 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 a mashed banana, cinnamon, 1 scoop protein powder and 1 scoop collagen. Topped with the other half of the banana, frozen blueberries, sunflower seeds, @eatnuttzo

and honey was SO tasty, 10/10 recommend)

Turmeric Tonic ✨:
•1 cup maple almond milk (I used @malkorganics
•1 tsp turmeric
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 tsp ginger
•Dash black pepper (helps absorb turmeric!)
Combine all ingredients on stovetop on medium heat, stirring frequently. Enjoy hot or pour over ice 💛
