for optimal results, depending on your goals, you must always be switching your routines up! one of the most common mistakes i see and hear about committed gym goers are that they typically stick to the same sets & routines at the gym! While yes, it is amazing that you’re getting yourself to the gym! However the work does not stop there, we must always be challenging ourselves. Variety IS the spice of life! If you are the same food everyday, read the same book all the time, wouldn’t you be bored AF?! YES! Treat your body the same way, if you’re finding it difficult to progress, that is often one of the reasons why! Try adding levels, weight, work that throws off your stabilizers! Miss A here, absolutely hated doing 10 rounds in a set but you better believe she was hurting at the end! You can even hear her “UGH” at the end! Personal training offers you variety, growth & change ! You’ll simply never be bored!
