That’s life, як то кажуть!
👉 It probably means that you have a PASSION - the most important thing! So, no matter how many obstacles you have (and you will probably have a lot), it wouldn't be wise to give up.
✨Okay guys let’s talk about Stress from working out ✨
✨I will admit for me working out helps me to lease stress especially stress from work, school and day to day life. But recently I’ve been stressing out about how effectively I work out, finding time to work out, not getting my sets right or skipping days. I go hard on myself sometimes because I feel I could do better or because I feel I’m not trying hard enough. I took a break from working out for a week because I was so stressed out . It was a much needed break as it helped my body and mind heal as well as motivating me to kick ass this week. I’m slowly beginning to love myself more and more each day and also I’ve stopped comparing myself to other athletes or fitness girls out there . I’m just doing my own thing now and having fun with it . Whatever it is that is making you feel stressed out try removing and taking t out of your day to day life. It really helps or try talking to other fitness girls to get her advice and experience about how they coped with that particular workout stress. ✨
“Even though Shannon thought she had a cunning strategy to get Bill to propose, it turned out to be wasted planning when he told her that he was already married.” ...... well, dangit Shannon. #wordoftheweek

It’s time to stop blaming our surroundings and start taking responsibility. While no workplace is perfect, it turns out that our gravest challenges are a lot more primal and personal. Our individual practices ultimately determine what we do and how well we do it. Specifically it’s our routine, out capacity to work proactively rather than reactively and our ability to optimize our work habits over a time that determine our ability to make ideas happen. #workadvice #trainyourmind #denation #positivevibes #appreciation #peaceofmind #hardworkpaysoffs

“You can do it!” - coffee ☕️💕"
Last week was probably my most stressful week ever but also one of my most fulfilling weeks.
Hopefully this week is the same! (But less stress?) For times like this, I just remember to be the chill person... with solutions. That will make things better for both parties. 👩🏻💻

Since finding my first real job out of college, I've started working with some of the most brilliant people I've ever met. It truly is a privilege. Even so, we all are very strong in our beliefs, opinions, and ideas, and that, of course, bleeds into our work. As I'm sure you can imagine, this causes a bit of tension. However, like I said, I work with some brilliant people, and they have taught me a lot about how I can alter my work environment for the better. Here are a few of those:
1. Respond, don't react
When you get a seemingly passive aggressive email, post-it, letter, etc. it's very easy to take that shocked, hurt, angry feeling and throw it right back at the person. It will probably feel good for a second, but did that really help rectify the situation? When you coworker gets your response, how do you think they will react? Don't be the one who reacts. Stop, reread it, think through the message, think through the voice you might have used to read it initially, then craft a response. Try to assume the best so you can, hopefully, avoid the worst.

Every Friday, Tuffy fields a question that benefits from his worldly wisdom as #TheMostInterestingRhinoInTheWorld
This week’s question is: "Hey Tuffy, there's someone at work who always takes the credit for the work I do. He takes files from the server at work and changes the name to his and submits it as his own. I know that he doesn't even read the files because he always pretends he forgets about stuff he wrote when our boss asks him about what he did. Nobody knows about it, and I don't have the guts to say anything to our manager or to confront him. What should I do?" Tuffy's answer: "It's unfortunate that this is happening to you, but here's a story that may be helpful to you. When I was a kid, my Uncle Rob worked at an office where he brought his lunch in every day and kept it in the fridge. Things were fine for the first few months, but one day, his lunch started disappearing. This happened for weeks, even though he wrote his name on his brown bag, put a note inside to warn the thief, and even brought two sandwiches to work - one for himself, and one to share with the thief (the thief kept them both!). One day, Uncle Rob chopped up some spicy chillies and mixed it into the mayo that he slathered on his sandwiches. As usual, he left his brown bag in the fridge in the morning, and just before he usually went to get his lunch from the fridge, Chip from accounting came running into his area, red-faced and howling like a banshee. "Wha...wha...WHAT DID YOU PUT ON YOUR SANDWICH TODAY??!!" The thief had revealed himself, and nobody ever took Uncle Rob's sandwiches again. While you can't put spicy chillies on your Word documents, you can probably hide a message along the lines of "IF YOU'RE READING THIS, I DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO THE WORK. I STOLE IT, AND I'VE BEEN FOOLING YOU AND CHEATING (YOUR NAME HERE) OF THE RECOGNITION SHE'S DESERVED ALL THIS WHILE". I bet your workmate will never steal your work again.
Now that the good weather is (finally) here, and the kids are beginning summer break, you probably not only want a flexible work schedule, but NEED one! Coming into the office less is not an easy thing to get your employer to agree to. Here’s a tip: during negotiation, offer a trial period working from home on Friday for a month (Flex Friday?) or any other day of the week that works best for you so you can SHOW your employer that a flexible schedule can work for both the company and you. 👩🏽💻 #thefutureisflexible
