Work out done for the day ✅ and let me tell you I am fired up! BIG THINGS coming in the future that you don’t wanna miss. Don’t spend another day on the sidelines WATCHING life pass you by, jump on the bandwagon.
I would like to tell you that fitness comes easy to me or that eating healthy is something that I always want to do. But it doesn’t. Working out can be frustrating there are good days and bad days. Eating healthy all the time is a hard decision to make and self discipline is a roller coaster.
Right now my weight is higher then normal and it gives me aniexty. My body is fighting against me and it’s discouraging.
All though those are complaints.... they aren’t excuses they are reasons why I can’t give up and need to become stronger.
If you can relate know that you aren’t alone, I challenge you to make turn it around and make something positive out of it.
Even if you go for it and it doesn’t work out, you still win.
You still had the guts to go into something that frightened you.
That type of bravery will take you places.

This morning was a struggle, I was not loving my body, my joints were hurting, I tried to workout and everything was popping and cracking. I really just wanted to give up. But this post is to say that I didn’t and I continued on my day. And sometimes that is just what you have to do. So here’s your permission that some days you just have to push through to survive and that is an accomplishment in it self.
Fall in love with taking care of your body, making healthy choices, and it will just become simple.
How long will you watch others do what you want to do? It’s time to get off your butt and HUSTLE ✨
You won’t always be motivated, you need to learn how to be disciplined.
