The only part I dislike about this new snowfall is having to brush my car off every time I want to drive it 😂 Is there a way to learn to love this activity?! 2 more sleeps until I’m back in the mountains exploring with my mama! #abparks #choosemountains #timeforanotheradventure
I recently celebrated another trip around the sun and to make the day special, I went to visit the Three Sisters -- Faith, Charity, and Hope.
This place has been on my list of landscapes to capture for ages. I plan to go back again for a beautiful sunrise, but this was the icing on the cake for an awesome birthday.
There are so many places on the "shoot" list in my mind and it seems to grow everyday. Having lived in four provinces and moving 10 times (not including within town/city moves), I've always felt a bit nomadic with a serious case of wanderlust. I can't wait to see what is around the next bend, what I'll find down a trail, or what I'll discover as the light changes and graces the landscape. On the day that I took this photo, though, I soaked-in the right now, my surroundings, the fresh mountain air, and I was filled with gratitude.

No 38. Skating at Beauvais Lake. 99 things I love about southwest Alberta and this is one of them. Beauvais Lake is nestled in between the @townofpinchercreek
and Beaver Mines. It has a beautiful montane landscape and you can see giant osprey nests along the side of the lake.. and lots of cattails! (something I miss seeing as I don’t see many in southwest Alberta). If you want to see more pictures today, I’ll be posting them in my Instagram story! There were some cool bubbles in the ice. ❤️ ⛸ ❤️
The Story: Mistaya Canyon is a beautiful area and lesser-visited gem along the Icefields Parkway in Banff, Alberta. A short walk down the hill from the parking area gets you to the canyon with gorgeous falls. This is a “don’t miss it” spot!! (📸 @danielemolineris
Sunrise hikes before snowboarding! I love being outside even when it is -25!

There is something to be said about the Edmonton skyline; it's very pretty. A lot of people like to come up to Scona Road, park their cars up, and take a nap. I slept well after this shot.
Throwback to hiking weather ☀️
Alpen Glow and stunning reflections... what an amazing way to start the day! #happylife
Perspective in the badlands.
I’m not too sure how it’s even possible to wake up drenched in sweat when the heat is at 16.5, there is a fan on, and all I’ve got on is a T-shirt. I swear I’m the sweatiest sleeper ever and it’s only gotten worse during pregnancy. I have to say though, this third trimester has been really good to me. Aside from daily heart burn and being quite tired by the end of the day, I’m feeling pretty great! 7.2 weeks left to go and I cannot wait to meet our little person ♥️ #abparks #timeforanotheradventure #getoutside
Throwback to summer ice climbing in Athabasca Glacier. Ice climbing is my favorite sport. I’m always happy when I can swing my tools...no matter what season it is. #iceclimbing
Dinosaur Provincial Park, AB
The area was surprisingly peaceful and still with very subtle hues and earth tones. Exploring the subdued beauty of the Alberta badlands was a very welcome change after the bold grandeur of the Rockies. The hectic frenzy of tourists running out of their tour buses made place for endless deserted plains and canyons. The colours in the badlands are unlike anything I have ever seen. I am hoping to go back and spend more time in the area.
