Simple and Effective Leg and Glute Circuit! 💥 . This one is great for anyone trying to improve legs and glutes, or if you just want to push yourself in a different way than how you’re currently training. . Try each exercise for 8-12 reps, taking as little rest as possible in between exercises. Take 1-2 minutes rest between rounds and shoot for 3 rounds total (you may have to build up to the 3) . Finally found some great natty lighting! I felt a great connection today with all my lifts. My body feels refreshed and responded well to the loads. Leg definition more apparent today than last week, but still not quite where I’d want - A couple changes this week. Dropping carbs a little more and gradually increasing my water intake. •I'm always surprised to see ab lines after a few days of cheat meals. But this morning they were definitely there 😃 it's so exciting to see progress ✔️ - •how do you get abs? This is a common question with a simple answer. They're mainly made in the kitchen!! 🍏🍌🍑its 80% Diet and 20% exercise! 💪💪 - •but that doesn't mean you can slack off in exercise to see some abs. Both aspects have to be in place and you have to crush your goals everyday 🙌🙌 - •working abs won't get you abs. This is because it's growing muscle under the layer of fat. So no matter how hard you train your abs they won't be visible unless you've shed some of the fat ❗️❗️❗️ - •another key to abs is to DRINK WATER💧water is essential in a healthy lifestyle. Try to get in about 3-4 litres a day and you can even mix it up with some lemon water or flavoured water 🍋🍋 - •if you're struggling to see abs then focus of fat loss first 👌 do HIIT or cardio to get in a fat burning state and use strength training to grow those muscles 💪💪 - •you can be impressed by your results after consistency and determination for a healthier lifestyle. 👌another tips is to walk. To get in around 10000 steps a day is a goal. This ⬆️ wouldn’t be possible without the daily work i put in at my home gym. Without question, the biggest strength builder i have is my daily non-negotiable workouts that I do at home with my toolbox of online programs💪🏼❤️🎪 . My goal is to build a strong, flexible body to be the best aerialist i can be. An maybe that’s not your goal, but we can all benefit from strong bodies 😉. And the best thing about the programs i utilize is they eliminate my craptastic excuses ✊🏼. I do them at home, or anywhere wifi is available. They give me professionally designed nutrition plans. I run free accountability groups for support and to make the process FUN (because losing weight and building muscle with your gal pals is always more fun!). There’s a cooking show and literally hundreds of workouts to choose from. AND i utilize and love the supplement line, it’s the glue that holds my body together 🤣🤣 . So maybe your goal is not to be an aerialist. Maybe your goal is to lose 10/20 lbs and build some muscle. Maybe you want to do a tough mudder but don’t know how to condition.
