This is another workout that requires no equipment needed so you can do this one right in the comfort of your home, so no excuses 😉
This circuit is a nice addition after some cardio or a nice walk or simply on its own if you just need something quick and are short on time!
A simple trick for your core workouts is to really engage your core. Don’t just go through the motions but really tighten your abs with every single rep.
For this workout you will go through 2 circuits 3 times. Each circuit has 4 exercises. Complete the first circuit 3 full times through before moving to the second circuit!
30 crunches (video 1- short movements are totally fine, just really tighten your core!)
25 pulsing toe touches (video 2)
30 hip thrusts (video 3- tighten your glutes at the top for some extra booty action🍑)
40 (total) standing bicycle (video 4- the trick here is to try and shorten the length between your knee and your armpit on every rep)
45 second front plank
30 second left plank
30 second right plank
(Video 5- showing how to transition best without letting those hips dip! Try not to put your hips down until after the circuit is complete)
20 (total) plank w/ shoulder taps (video 6)
