TELL ME, how many of you have tried the Booty Builder? 😍 A couple of days ago I asked you guys if you wanted to see a Wrong/Right video from this machine and how it works, and sooo many said YES!! Also, for those of you who don’t have this machine or the opportunity to try.. I got a ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE that you can do instead!
⚠️⚠️⚠️ PERSONAL TIPS; As I’ve written so many times before.. Don’t rush anything!! Less, strict and controlled reps instead of rushing through the sets and miss out on the buuurning feeling, right!? 💁🏻♀️ Regarding every single muscle group, exercise and reps you do!!
⚠️ The BOOTY BUILDER - First of all, amazing machine!! It’s honestly so good! When performing this right; Pull yourself up from the shoulders and THEN the legs and feet. Full hip extension all the way up and down! When we squeeze, that’s when the booty magic is happening 🍑 Feet and knees shoulder wide. Pressure from your heels. Keep you back straight, chin against your chest and eyes forward! .
⚠️ ALTERNATIVE - OFC you can do normal Hip Thrusters as well.. but to make the exercise as similar to the Booty Builder machine as possible, this is my alternative!!
(NOTICE THO.. 🤚🏼 that my step up box is slightly too high for me. So try to use a box that makes your position as straight as possible!! Nice and controlled reps, squeeze in the top! Feet and knees shoulder wide, back straight, chin against your chest and eyes forward! Pressure from your heels 🔥
