We’ve been spending our days working in the wood shop this week. We have a lot of projects almost done, but until then here’s a photo from last week when we got to enjoy a day off from renos ☀️
After going on a natural hiking trail for an hour or so, we reached Oyunuma, a boiling hot sulphuric lake. ♨️⠀
💜Take a closer look and you can see the steam rising and the water constantly boiling. It is such a beautiful view 🍁 to see and definitely not your typical body of water! I’m pretty sure this would melt my bones if I ever fall in. 😱⠀
💜We walked here on foot, enjoying nature and stopping for many photos while we were walking. But you can also drive here as there is a road and a parking lot. But honestly, walking there gives you the ultimate Noboribetsu experience that is very unique!
Without the limitations of my restricting beliefs, I believe I can help many people reach their health and fitness goals, and not only in person, but also through instagram and my blog. I believe I’ll have many wonderful opportunities like teaching jiu jitsu, yoga 🧘♀️, and boxing 🥊(when I’ve actually learned them well enough haha) through cool retreats abroad, and to speak to many people during forums and panels. I believe in myself. ✨
What do you believe you’re capable of?
I’ve been kind of MIA in the insta world the last couple of weeks, but I am alive and WELL. I’m in Bend, Oregon for the @cultivateworkshop
and loving every second 💕
If you glance really quickly you can see my vision of a cityscape birds eye view. Good test to try and build my five minute edit skills back up to par after taking a few months lay off. Also, if you're still reading this, try and smile if you can 🙃
Everything I do, I do for you
Woke up to our wedding video this morning while on our honeymoon. Can’t thank @mindandbeautyprod_
enough, for this being their first wedding video, you two did an amazing job. We will cherish this video forever! Thank you for capturing the best day of our lives✨ + full video in bio!
Days of golds and reds are already fading fast. 🍂
On the way to the Oyunumagawa Natural Foot Bath♨️, we encounter this gorgeous scene. It’s all steaming and hot❗️, so don’t just jump in! Walk a bit further and you will find an area for a relaxing foot bath. ⠀
♨️The hot stream is directly from the natural source, and the water is quite hot, so slowwwwwwly dip in! 😂
Getting ready to deliver this pumpkin patch engagement session this week and so excited about it! We truly had such a good time, and you can’t beat people walking by saying “CONGRATULATIONS!!!” As we were taking pictures. 🤩💍
Feeling like summer yet?
Pick up your copy of Notes from the Heart and pop it in your beach bag for a lazy day next to the water. Get yours via the link in bio ⬆️

had you told me even five years ago that I would visit Europe once by the time I was 22 I wouldn’t have believed you for a second and if you told me I would have been to *five* European countries by the time I was 22 I would have said that you’re crazy. travel was always a distant dream to do on my own. my parents took us on so many vacations when we were younger and set the bar high, I didn’t think it was possible to do any of this before I turned 30 (and then I figured kids would get in the way of traveling by then). thankful for companies like @airbnb
that make extravagant destinations available at an affordable price. 21 was a great year, where should we go next?
As I teetered on a bridge made of two skinny, uneven logs, my left boot became wedged and I lost my balance. Over the rush of the glacial river, I heard my friend gasp as I plunged into the frigid water.
We were trying to find a “secret” spot, famed here on instagram, and assumed the journey would be one of epic adventure. And, as it turned out, we made it so.
It was late September, under a sky of marbled gray, as
I splashed through the thigh deep torrent. My skin was already numb and my boots were sloshy, so I figured I’d take advantage of the opportunity to play.
I wouldn’t have chosen to get wet that day, but then I would have missed out on the experience of frolicking around in a river of runoff from a massive chunk of ice.
These two. 👦🏼👦🏼⠀
No Pre-K & 1/2 days for the big kid may kill me this week so after being a little stir crazy it's a Taco Truck kinda night!
You haven’t seen fall foliage until you’ve been to New Hampshire. This photo was taken slightly past peak and still manages to capture the incredible colors that make span for miles across these mountains 🍁
As I was pulling out of my driveway this morning I looked back to check for cars and saw this gorgeous sky!!! It's so beautiful and this photo doesn't do it justice!! What a great start to my work week 😊 🌄⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's getting closer and closer to Halloween! I'm still trying to figure out what to dress up as. We are having a pumpkin decorating contest at my job.
What should I decorate my pumpkin as?? I need ideas 🎃👻
Las cosas no son lo que parecen ser, pero tampoco son lo contrario...🍃
