Throwing it back to these ultra fluffy pancakes! I really need to get back to making these bad boys for breakfast soon! Who’s with me? INGREDIENTS: 1 cup flour 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 3 tbsp sugar 1 cup soy milk 2 tbsp almond or other mild veggie oil 1 tsp vanilla extract METHOD 1. Preheat a non stick skillet over medium heat. 2. Place a large sieve over a medium sized bowl and whisk flour, sugar and baking powder so that all lumps are broken down through the sieve into your bowl. 2. In a separate bowl or cup, pour together milk and oil. 3. Pour liquid mix into dry mix continually whisking to ensure everything is well combined. Don’t over mix. 4. Now use a spoon to make your pancakes, wait for the bubbles to appear and then flip. 5. Repeat this until all the batter is used up. Makes about 8 pancakes. Started the day with creamy chocolate oatmeal topped with banana, puffed millet, pomegranate seeds, dark chocolate and peanutbutter today 😋🍫. It was pretty cold and foggy this morning but now the sun and blue sky are back ☀️🍁. Can't wait to go outside later! Heute gab es ein cremiges Schoko-Maca Oatmeal mit Banane, gepuffter Hirse, Granatapfel, dunkler Schoki und Erdnussmus zum Frühstück 😋🍫. Heute Morgen war es so kalt und neblig aber jetzt sind die Sonne und der blaue Himmel auch schon wieder zurück ☀️🍁. Ich freu mich schon, später raus zu gehen! So I have a flu and laryngitis 🤒 🤧 😷 I am struggling with this since 2 weeks but every day it’s better 😯 today it’s a first day when I ate normal breakfast. Of course I had the avocados and smoked salmon in my fridge 🙈 so yep we have toast with guacamole smoked salmon and cucumber 🥒😍😍

Pumpkin Spice Latte 🎃🍁 recipe for jugs: 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée, 2 cups of plant milk, 2 shots of espresso, vanilla extract, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves), optional: vegan whipped cream (difficult to find but you can also make it yourself with coconut milk*). Add pumpkin, milk, vanilla, maple syrup in a casserole and warm it up on medium heat. Remove from stove and add the remaining ingredients, use a foaming device to make the milk foamy. ** to make vegan whip cream with coconut milk you need to buy a can of normal coconut milk and store it in the fridge over night, in the morning, the liquid and fat will have separated, put the fat only in a bowl and add vanilla sugar, use an electric whisk to reach whip cream consistency! In this recipe i just used the foaming device and it was delicious and foamy 😋

#Repost @oneslicemore with @get_repost ・・・ PUMPKIN BREAD WITH SALTED CARAMEL ICING 🧡🍂 Taste-tested and more than approved by my work mates 💯 and by me of course (it’s definitely a one slice more kind of cake 😜) Happy baking, Sarah x ~ Recipe: 200g flour (use plain white, spelt or whole-wheat) 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ground ginger pinch of salt 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 320g pumpkin purée (just steam and mash fresh pumpkin) 2 eggs/for vegan version: 2 flax seed eggs (mix 2 tbsp flax seeds with 6 tbsp water and set aside for 10 minutes) 120ml coconut oil 150g brown light sugar or coconut sugar For the icing: Salted caramel sauce: 50g sugar 1.5 tbsp water 60ml coconut milk 1 tsp fleur de sel For the final icing: 50g vegan butter 50g caramel sauce (see above) 125g icing sugar Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°C. In one bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and all the spices. In another bowl mix all the other ingredient, combine both mixtures and beat until well incorporated and you have a smooth batter. Prepare a loaf tin with baking paper, fill in the batter and bake for 50min. Start making the caramel sauce. Pour the water and sugar in a pan over medium heat and swirl the pan gently until the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat and let the syrup boil until you have a golden color. In another bowl, heat the coconut milk with the salt over medium heat, gently add the syrup and stir quickly to prevent it sticks to the bottom of the pan. The mixture will start to thicken. Let it cool down. Once the cake is baked, let it cool down completely as well and prepare the frosting by beating the butter with the caramel sauce, then add the icing sugar and beat for around one minute until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. FRIYAY 🥞⭐️ Starting Friday strong with a stack of caramelised banana & peanut butter pancakes 🍂 Maybe a little extravagant but hey, we all deserve a fabulous breakfast 💁🏻‍♀️ I love to make pancakes! It took me a little while to perfect a good free-from & healthier recipe I was super proud of but now I have it mastered 👌🏼🥄 That’s the key to free-from bake....persistence! INGREDIENTS - • 100g buckwheat flour or regular gluten free flour • 1 ripe banana • 120ml almond milk • 2 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 6 tbsp water • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 2 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp coconut oil for cooking • Optional additional toppings – caramelised banana, peanut butter, Cacao nibs 🍫 METHOD - 1️⃣ Mix the brown flaxseed and the water together then leave for 5 minutes to form into a thick paste 2️⃣ Add the flour, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and baking powder to a blender along with the now thickened flaxseed mixture. Blend until a thick, creamy mixture forms 3️⃣ Add the coconut oil to a frying pan over a low-medium heat and allow to gently warm for a couple of minutes before adding around 1/4 of the pancake batter to the frying pan using a large spoon or ladle 4️⃣ Allow the pancake to cook for around 3 minutes or one side (or until bubbles begin to form on the surface) then flip and cook for a further 2-3 minutes on the other side. Remove the pancake form the pan and repeat with the rest of the mixture until it’s all used up. You should make about 4 mini pancakes 5️⃣ Stack the pancakes and top with the anything you fancy!

Mei hab i den geliebt....Oma ´s  gezogenen Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesoße. Gefühlt tausende von meterlangen Apfelstrudeln wurden in der bayrischen Lehrwerkstatt von meiner Oma übers Jahr produziert. Hatte doch die Lehrwerkstatt des Berufsförderungswerkes einen eigenen Kuchenverkauf, welcher von der damaligen Bevölkerung mit Kusshand aufgenommen wurde. Täglich frische Kuchen und Torten und vor allem der heißgeliebte Apfelstrudel. 》Only one banana bread《 . It's been a while since I wanted to make a banana bread! . Instead of taking one of the million recipies existing out there I made my own! . Here's the recipe : . 2 mashed bananas 170g apple sauce 1 egg 80g tahini 25g raw honey 150 flour (used spelt but you can use the one you want) Nuts 60g almond flour 1/2 tbsp baking soda 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar . . Mix the dry ingredients together. Do the same with the wet ingredients, separately and finish by mixing the two. Cook it at 180 for about half an hour. Until it's well cook inside (check with a knife if it's dry and you're good to go) . . . Don't expect a cake Peeps, it's a bread! You can eat it for breakfast with my cashew apple sauce for instance (see a few post before) or anything else sweet or savoury . Enjoy! . . 🍓🍰Strawberries & Cream Cheesecakes🍰🍓 (Makes 8 muffin or 16 mini muffin size) . Base 1/2 cup of almonds (or mixed nuts of choice) 1/8 cup shredded coconut 1 Tbsp cacao powder 1/4 cup chopped dried dates (soaked 15mins in boiling water and drained) Add almonds to food processor and blend for a few seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until crumbly. Press into silicon muffin tray with your fingers, and put in the freezer while you make the filling. . Filling 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight or 5 hours) 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup natural sweetener (eg maple syrup, coconut sugar or rice malt) 1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tsp pitaya powder (optional for pink colour) 1/4 tsp salt 8-16 strawberries (depending on number being made) . Blend all ingredients except the strawberries until really smooth, scraping down edges as required. Reserve a small amount for piping if desired. Line the mold cases with sliced strawberries Spoon in base and put in the freezer . Once set, pipe additional plain filling for topping decoration if desired Store in the freezer. “What am I CRAVING?” ✨ It has taken me a long time to truly trust what I “thought” I was craving versus what my body was ACTUALLY craving! Ingredients 2 hard boiled eggs 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 stalk of celery finely diced 1 tablespoon fresh dill ( a little extra if you are dill lover like me) 2 slices whole wheat bread . Instructions . • In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork • Mash in eggs • Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well • Adjust spices to taste • Sprinkle fresh dill on top • Spread egg salad onto bread . . ENJOY! 😘
When you buy a big bag of sweet potatoes, you pull out your spiralizer and make some (okay a lot) sweet potato noodles 🤗. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This has been my lunch for the week and it’s so good and easy to prep! From start to finish this took me about 30 minutes and lunch was set. That’s winning in my book 🙌🏻. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sweet potato noodle fall salad: 2 medium sweet potatoes, spiralized (I left the skin on for some extra fiber) 1 package cubes butternut squash @traderjoes 1 container sliced mushrooms 1 bell pepper, diced 1/2 red onion, diced Brussels sprouts 1 brunch of kale or other leafy green Honey coat cheese chunks 🤩 1 package of @quornusa chik’n tenders ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I roasted the veggies at 400 F for 25-30 minutes. Tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper. While the veggies were roasting I spiralized the sweet potatoes and cooked for about 5 minutes. I added everything together + the cooked chik’n and coated in honey mustard yogurt dressing from @bolthousefarms ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So so good! Oh and the goat cheese is my favorite part of this 😋.
