group. I upgraded my #Fitbit
to the latest Charge 3 and was tackling this fitness like a beast. ......UNTIL about 2 weeks ago and I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my ankle 😣😭 So upper body workouts and stationary exercise has been it - another 2-3 weeks and I hope to be back at it again. This was just another reason why I have to get the weight off....my body is not having it. So now that I’ve caught you up #sinceJuly31st
