Following on from a recent post, I had a couple of questions about filters
I use the @waterscofilters "Bio 500" bench top water filter💦
I got this about a year ago & it does a bunch of cool things
Would I do more to my water now?
Yes😁 (deuterium deplete, hydrogen enrich...) but there's always more you can do & it is an excellent filter
It produces alkalised (from far infrared♨️), energised, magnetised and (negative) ionised mineral water
Most water filters won't get rid of fluoride which, for me, is essential
Some key points, it filters out:
• 99.9% fluoride
• 99% chlorine
• 99% heavy metals, chemicals, sediment & rust
It's eco-friendly (think millions of tonnes of plastic with bottled water) & works out to be about 3-4c per litre

🍫Vegan Chocolate Goji Berry Bliss Balls🍫
4 Medjool Dates
4 Tsp Goji Berries
4 Tsp Pumpkin seeds
6 Tsp Almonds
2 Tsp Raw Cacao
4 Tsp Arbonne Vegan Choc Protein or Meal replacement powder
4 Tsp Water
3 Tsp Chia
1 Tsp Cacao Nibs
Place all ingredients, except water, in a blender & pulse until ingredients break up. Add water & pulse until it forms a wet, sticky mixture. If needed add more water gradually until a sticky consistency.
Roll into balls & enjoy
