Not the prettiest blueberry pancakes, but deffo one of the best I’ve eaten😍💁🏼‍♀️. And they are super simple to make too, you probably already have all the ingredients in your cupboard: mix 2 eggs, 1 banana, 2 table spoons of oats and a bit of chia seeds in a bowl. Heat a pan with some coconut oil and simply throw the mixture in a pan with some frozen blueberries. Top it with anything you like, I had it with some #almondbutter . Got bored while home sick on Friday, so I tried experimenting with making my own #sugarfree #chocolate #almondbutter cups. Mixed two parts almond butter to one part coconut oil and froze them in the #silicone mini muffin tin that came with this one. Then I mixed and melted my usual chocolate blend and froze a tablespoon of that in each cupcake liner. After a full on week last week this past weekend was a time for me to refill my (smoothie) cup and enjoy some self care, family and friends time while also catching up on life! 🤗⠀ .⠀ Matt and I went to a real estate conference Saturday morning and got some great tips from Craig Ballantyne from @theperfectdayformula who gave a really inspiring talk about scheduling your week around your life and not work. 🙌🏼⠀ .⠀ Matt and I took some pointers from Craig and spent 30 min yesterday going over the week ahead to for us to focus on our goals both business and personal. Today we started our Monday with an early sweaty gym session feeling energized and ready for the week. Starting my week with something that’s just for me is so important to feeling my best both physically and mentally. Not going to lie I totally thought I was walking into a yoga class but it ended up being a full on cardio weight class.. I guess that was the universe telling me I needed a good sweat! 🤸🏼‍♀️⠀ ⠀ Since we were all out of greens and my typical smoothie essentials we opted for this Raspberry Almond Butter Chia Toast to fuel us for the workout. Overnights are always my go-to, but I was extremely thankful to wake up to this bowl of creamy goodness this cold Monday morning! Recipe deets: (1 serving!) •1/2 cup of oats •1/2 cup almond milk •1/4 Greek vanilla yogurt •1/2 cup chopped apple bits •1/8 tsp cinnamon •1 tsp chia seeds •combine all together in a mason jar, and store overnight in the fridge! My favorites breakfast a few different ways 🧡⁣ ⁣ I always try to make it fun, this morning was Cinnamon Almond Stovetop Oats 😋 ⁣ ⁣ I used- ⁣ 1/4 cup steal cut oats⁣ 1 cup cauliflower rice⁣ 2 egg whites ⁣ Cinnamon ⁣ 1/2 tbs. almond butter ⁣ 1 tsp sweetener ⁣ ⁣ Topped it with fun fall candies 🎃🧡⁣ ⁣ What’s your favorite 1🎃, 2🍓, or 3🍌?

So I got hooked the other day on these NV Bars in the break room at work. Then.... I looked at the ingredients!!! So naturally, I figure a way to make them healthy!!!! (W/more cinnamon because woah the benefits am I right tho!) ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Healthy Nature Valley Biscuits W/ Almond Butter Ingredients: 1C oats 1 ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp baking powder ¾ tsp arrowroot 3 ½ T coconut oil 4 T raw honey ¼ C smooth almond butter (I used chunky-not good) 2 T @artisanaorganics coconut butter 2T cinnamon Instructions: 1)Preheat oven to 360°F 2)Place the first 6 ingredients in a food processor and process until it becomes a sticky type dough-ball. 3)Remove the dough and use your hands to form into a ball. 4)Place the ball in between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll with a rolling pin until the dough is about 1/8-1/4 in. thick. Remove the top layer of paper and place the bottom paper (with the dough) onto a baking sheet. 5)Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes (just until the edges start to brown.) 6)Remove from oven and while still warm, cut into desired shapes/sizes (make sure that you have an even number that you cut) and allow the “biscuits” to cool. 7)In a small pot over medium-low heat, mix the almond butter and the coconut butter with the remaining cinnamon until it becomes well incorporated and somewhat liquid. 8)Allow the almond butter mixture to cool. Once cooled, spread an even layer onto one “biscuit” and top with the other “biscuit”. Mantequilla de Almendras. Ingredientes: Almendras (yo use 360 gr, pero usen la cantidad que quieran) Preparación: Calentar las almendras en el horno unos 10 minutos (si el horno es potente cuidar que no se quemen). Dejar enfriar un rato y poner en el procesador de alimentos (que sea potente o morirá como el mío🙁). Procesar unos 10 a 15 minutos o hasta que tenga la consistencia que quieren. Y listo! poner en un frasco de vidrio mantener en un lugar fresco o en el refrigerador. Se puede comer con tostadas o con fruta. (con manzana queda delicioso). You don’t have time? . My least favorite excuse! . Usually for my first whole food meal I have a couple eggs and some oatmeal, that doesn’t take much longer then 3-5 minutes from the 1st cracked shell to my actually eating . Today, I simply didn’t feel like having eggs . @betteroats oatmeal, 2 weighed tablespoons of @buffbake almond butter (to replace the fats lost from not having eggs) and a 1/2 scoop of @1stphorm level-1 meal replacement protein mixed right in to be sure I hit my protein goals . Today meal, 3 minutes max . If I had less time I would’ve just blended it all up together and drank it! . Slow Juicer Almond Milk💚 Simple homemade almond milk that's creamy, delicious, and entirely customizable! Perfect for cereal, baking, and drinking straight alongside baked goods! First soak the Almonds! You’re going to get about two and a half cups of milk for every cup of almonds you make. I suggest doing 2-3 cups of almonds at a time, as you need to use the milk up within a couple days. Place the almonds in a large bowl and add at least three times the amount of water . Soak the almonds overnight, or up to two days. If you can go the entire 2 days, I recommend it. You will get a richer creamier almond milk. Then, all you do is add a quarter of the soaked nuts, turn the juicer on, gradually pour about half cup of the water through, and repeat until all the nuts and water have been used. Creamy almond milk flows from one shoot and dried almond pulp pops out of the other. ☕️ Cold Brew Overnight Oats ⏲ Under 5 mins | Serves 1 Coffee coffee coffee! Needed a big ‘ol tall cup of coffee this morning as well as these cold brew oats 😴 So glad it’s FriYAY! Can’t wait to sleep in a little tomorrow 💁🏽‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bowl Deets 🥣 ▫️1/2 cup Old-fashioned oats (@quaker ) ▫️3/4 cup Cold Brew (@folgers ) ▫️1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (@lovemysilk ) ▫️1 tbsp Honey ▫️1/2 tbsp Chia seeds ▫️1 tsp Vanilla extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The night before, mix all ingredients together in a mason jar. (Whenever I brew coffee for work, I’ll make extra and refrigerate it for future recipes.) Be sure to stir everything otherwise the chia seeds will start to clump. Refrigerate overnight & either pour into a bowl or eat straight out of the jar in the morning!
