There comes a time in every woman’s pregnancy that our belly starts to feel less cute and becomes more of a big, aching, heavy, bowling bowl. Or is that just me?! I felt pretty ok with my little bump until I hit into my 30’s and it is just all down hill from there! Definitely now I got diagnosed with too much amniotic fluid things really are getting “full”, I can’t sit without having my legs spread wide, nothing starts to fit over that thing, laying down is not comfy, sitting is not comfy, pretty much nothing is comfy and I feel like one big giant belly with arms and legs. Ahhh, pregnancy! 😝🙈 Then you have all the aches and pains that come with literally growing another human being INSIDE YOU, all amazing and what not but sometimes a girl just needs a little bit of support and help! This tape supports the neuromuscular system and helps stabilize, can help facilitate better posture, better circulation, and helps relieve pressure on pain receptors. In short, this stuff is kind of awesome!
For my fellow pregnant mammas, this tape can help support your growing belly and provide some needed support and relief. It is gentle yet in my option pretty effective to help with low back pain, SPD (pelvic girdle pain), round ligament pain, and diastasis recti (not preventing or healing it, but helps to provide support to the muscles if they are separating which most do in the 3rd trimester to accommodate growing baby!)
There is a certain technique to applying the strips so if you want to give it a try definitely look into it a bit more or have someone who knows what they are doing help you☺️👍🏼 definitely worth a try!! -
