Although the concentration of protein in isolates is the highest it often contains denatured protein due to its manufacturing. I am also going to start to meal prep as I am guilty of SNACKING a lot, usually snacking on unhealthy things🍪 Therefore by meal prepping it will eliminate snacking as I will know exactly what i’m eating at what time of the day! This will hopefully lead to a more effective workout and therefore a better body🙌🏽
