While I was having my lunch break Tiana walked into the willare road house with her mother. She was a really shy girl at first and then I sat on the ground with her to start playing
Not long after she got really comfortable around me and started running around her mother giggling and playing with my bike. Tiana and her family comes from one of the indigenous communities in WA.

Who needs a pool when you have nature’s version 5 minutes from home 🌊☀️🙏 happy Wednesday
"Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating, there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather."
Another shot from this epic sunset taken recently.. maybe after all this rain we will get a few more like this one!?
I do love the ocean but it’s hard to beat fresh water pools. We had an amazing time in #KarijiniNationalPark
a few weeks back. Kermit’s Pool, part of Hancock Gorge was unlike anything else!!
FOREST BATHING 🌳 In Japan was there is a an activity called shinrin yoku or ‘forest bathing’. It is based on ancient Shinto and Buddhist practices and involves letting nature into your body through all 5 senses. This practice is believed to bring about healing and has an array of health benefits including reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, boosting immune system function (increasing the body’s NK cells) and improving energy levels! Where better to try some forest bathing than the Daintree - the oldest surviving rainforest in the world!
Note to self. Stop, consider, reflect.
For some, it’s a great feeling to open the doors and walk home after a long day. I get the same feeling when I get in my bike and go for a long ride
was the spot for a cold beer 🍺, a great steak 🥩 and a comfy bed 🛏.
