Decided to take this after my big fail at the gym tryna take a selfie cuz I was too shy. Some of you know about my selfie troubles earlier today at the gym (in my story). I am honestly going to work on not being shy at the gym and track my progress with selfies.
I had a clavicle fracture last summer which healed but this winter the pain came back and it refrains me from doing arm workouts. The other thing happened to me over a week ago is that I gave myself a stiff back while trying to adjust my backpack 🙄😩. I haven’t let any of this affect my workout but that also meant I did mostly lower body for the last 2 week. My legs are thanking me and I am happy with the progress. But here is an awkward picture of me after half a month of no upper body. Also @physiquesbyvinay
