I like when my body gets stiff, it keeps me grounded 😊
It reminds me to start from the basic.
It shows me how i started ,
It shows me not to be in a hurry,
It shows me to master one thing and not to run behind many things.
I like to do same thing again and again and with that i learn many different things.
I remember me asking my teacher that can you show me variations of Ekpadasana
And he told me do Ekpadasana for 1hour and then keep doing the same thing again and again but to learn different thing every time i do the same pose.
Every time you do same thing but your mind should be in a learning state because asanas are beyond physical activity.
Its not only about stength but strength, flexibility and what is the state of your mind during your practice.
Listen to your self , talk to your self when you practice 😊 feel the joy within you.
Its your feeling during your practice we call it as Bhava(attitude)
