Octopus. How do we do it? First we bring the πŸ™ to the boil in cold water, we then remove from the water and plung into a ice bath. Next step is place the πŸ™ into a clean pan. Cover with chopped onions. Carrots. Leeks. Couple of oranges cut in half. We also add a mix of aromats and soft herbs. Cover with water. Add a large pinch of salt and bring up to boil very slowly. Once boiling we remove the pan from the heat. And leave to cool to room temp. The result is super tender and flvoursome. Ready to BBQ or grill.
