Caminamos 🚶🏽‍♂️, corremos 🏃🏽‍♀️, entrenamos 🏋🏼‍♂️🏋🏽‍♀️, etc. Todo sobre los pies. Una mala pisada nos lleva a compensar con otras partes del cuerpo y es así como llegan las lesiones. 〰️ 😃Una posible solución es lograr un equilibrio muscular entre los músculos pronadores y supinadores del pie. 〰️ 📍 Para esto, primero debemos trabajar sobre los músculos acortados. Como se ve en el video con una pelota de tenis liberamos la zona comprometida y después pasamos a activar los músculos supinadores para comenzar a equilibrar estos dos grupos musculares y de esta manera buscar un correcto funcionamiento del pie. Como se muestra en el video con dos ejercicios básicos podemos empezar a trabajar sobre este problema!!!!
