), chest, shoulders, core and bit of quads. Both movements hugely target the torso and core, and arms. .
and I did 5 sets of each. We built weight up on deadlifts each set, starting with high reps (20) and finishing with 8 reps on heavier weight. And pushup variations to near failure each round.
This combo could be an entire workout after a warmup prior and stretch after. .
