Fluffy Sandwich Bread dr Mark Hymand. 3/4 cup almond butter, 6 pasture-raised eggs, 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted, 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup ground golden flaxseeds, 3 TB coconut flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 2 TB raw honey (optional). Baked in 350’ for 35-40 mnt or untill golden brown (mine is too brown 😬) .

I was recently reminded of just how very vital it is to listen to our bodies. Just because something is good for most people, doesn’t mean that it’s good for everyone.

Tip for anti-inflammatory EFA (essential fatty acid) potion: .
Take 1 cup purified water, 1/2 cup turmeric powder, 1/4 cup healthy oil/fat (olive, coconut, grass-fed ghee or omega-3 EFA rich oil) and 1 tsp black pepper. .
Mix water and turmeric together in pot on low heat until thick paste forms. Add in black pepper and oil/fat and mix well. May also add in some raw honey and/or sea/himalayan salt for added minerals and nutrients to taste if desired. .
Once cool store in glass jar with tight lid in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Can be warmed and taken as is or added to tea, smoothies, oatmeal and other dishes or meals. .
