Peak of biceps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2.) Long head⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3.) Short head⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4.) Brachiali⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fortunately, it doesn't take much work to activate each of these muscles. This method uses lifting heavy loads, slowing down reps, and keeping rest periods short, as strategies to overload the muscles and make them grow. • Perform two groups of three exercises -the first exercise will be done for eight reps, followed by 10 seconds’ rest. This shit doesn’t happen overnight. **TIP**: when you’re doing movements like a tricep extension, don’t just lock out your joint with no rhyme or reason...actually FLEX that muscle as you move through the rep to get better mind muscle connection and better activation instead of just moving your arm around willy nilly 🤪 Slow down. Take your time. Work the muscle you want to work.
