Tonight's dinner after my #4th #workout
this week was all healthy.
Before the class today I was not overly excited to go to training again as my body felt slightly tired after 3 hrs training yesterday. But tonight they were pretty easy on us. We put our gloves on and worked mostly on techniques. Thus in the end I was happy I went. #asalways
Healthy eating is also so much easier for me on workout days. Maybe because when I worked out already I don't want to ruin the #success
by eating crap. Do you make the same experiance?
In case u wonder what I cooked: this is a tuna steak, with a califlower/carrot mash. I just boil the #califlower
together, drain most of the water, take 2 tablespoons of #creamcheese
and puree it with some milk. Turned out super #yummi
. Then we still had leftover #leak
which I just steamed as well as the #snappeas
Tomorrow I have to get up at 7am (I know, #wtf
right!?) As workout number 5 this week is at 8am.
