kṛtajñā: Hannah! If you’ve been to our space, you might have noticed an altar at the front of the room. We are SO lucky to be able to decorate our altar each week with fresh flowers that Hannah delivers to us.
Hannah say’s, “I am a lover of all plants and am thankful for all that they do for all of us. I love to grow flowers and see all of the happy foragers getting their food: the honey bees, bumblebees, wasps, monarchs, all of our lovely pollinators that help us stay alive. I love growing plants because they not only provide for yourself but for so many others!!”
Thank you, Hannah for your contribution to our space 🙏🏻 #ashtangacleveland #shala #ashtangayoga #altar #ashtanga #cleveland #nature #thanks #gratitude

Day 24 of the challenge with @larugayoga
Asana: Mukta Hasta Sirsasana (first attempt)
This Sutra bring us the importance of reflexion before acting. How many times we screw it up because we don't think twice. When we feel fire inside us is not at all the voice of the intuition. The Ego take away your willing. Intuition is from the heart, the voice of the conciousness the voice from the soul.
Vibrate Higher! ✨ So let’s talk about frequency... I always say how it’s possible to turn thinking patterns around and attract positivity to our lives, but how do we do it and why does it work? Well, like attracts like! Perspective changes things, don’t underestimate the power of perspective! 💛 Think happy, be happy right?
I see it like a radio that you can tune to either AM or Fm. If you tune into the AM channel, you’re only picking up that frequency, sand goes for FM.
The surroundings we put ourselves in affect our personal frequency just by being surrounded by things that aren’t aligned with us. So as we start this new week, think about what we want in our lives and surround ourselves with like vibrations that will get us there. If we want to be happy, do things that make you happy and find others that are going after the same life goals as you are!

There is so much I love about India! Small moments of indescribable joy! I've been traveling to India to study Yoga for the past 6 years now and there are things about this amazing country that I miss every time I leave. The kindest people you will ever meet. Chai from small stalls. Fresh coconuts on every corner. Spicy breakfast. Cows on the streets and the list goes on and on...Just like the Yoga practice, India is all about patience and surrender! Appreciating the small moments of happiness in the present. 🙏🏽❤️
Day 23 of the challenge with @larugayoga
Asana: Supta Urdhva Pada Vajrasana (first attempt)
Sutras: II:32 and II:33
Niyama. Our attitude towards ourselves. When you get deep into your practice something is changing in you, you become more aware of yourself, you take care of yourself appreciating your body as the perfect and unique vehicule for this life so it arises the willing to eat healthy, keep your body clean, to sleep well...and even with time evaluate our progression, this will encourage ourselves because probably we have improved in all senses if our practice is stable and in depth.
The last Niyama says venerate a supreme intelligence we can call it God, accepting our limitations as human beings. There is something supreme, there is something superior, there is a universal energy where we come from.
Being reflexive will help us to analyze if our attitude is the right one.
harvest moon Yoga coming through 🕉
I see now that the purpose of self-progress is not to peruse perfection, but to move closer to the truth of who we really are, to untangle our deepest fears and doubts, and arrive in that tender, blissful place where we are free to be our purest, boundless selves. ✨✨

September’s full moon makes her glowing debut ✨
Also known as the “Harvest Moon,” she arrives just 2 days after the official shift of the season.
Autumn moves us into a softer state of mind. A time when we begin to harvest the seeds of manifestation that we planted at the beginning of the year. We reflect on the space in between where we started and where we’ve come. We let the dust settle and soak in the energy that you have cultivated 🌝
